Why Not Have A Human Centered Economy alongside an AI Centered Economy?

For a long time now AI has been evolving at an unimaginable rate. AI is projected to overtake white collar jobs in the next 18 months. My question is why can’t we have the best of both worlds? Why can’t we have two economies? A human-centered economy and an AI-centered economy. Let humans compete against AI, machines, and automation. If we can do both, the US can continue to build infrastructure, growth, and sustainability for humans and AI-focused corporations. If corporations and institutions want to go the AI-robotic-automation route, we should let them. People should create their human-version of such entities and institutions and let them compete against each other. As one thing the majority of people who have delved into AI know, AI cannot create new and origional concepts; that is when human might and creativity shines surpassing AI. Perhaps if people use AI as a tool, instead of a all-solution resource, humans can surpass AI and build next level concepts and developments and push outdated AI corporations out of business in the near future. Overall, humans have the ability to adapt, organically push boundaries, and overcome obstacles, AI and robots can only maintain through things that currently exist.

Therefore, if I could propose a policy to build two seperate economies where one is human focused with human workers and the other with AI focus in a legacy corporate economy. I want deregulation and a legal barrier from AI corporations so that it cannot negatively influence human-businesses so that human businesses can ultimately compete with AI corporate businesses. This can hopefully allow a human economy to operate seprate from an AI-centered economy, in theory, resulting in human and AI economic progression and evolution.

AI as a Ruling Power, Government, or God

I do not believe we should have an AI as a ruling power, government, source of authority, or God for the world. It is a highly immature concept. It is also highly likely AI will be programmed by its masters who really run the world. To suggest AI as a ruling method is absolutely insane. I believe AI and artificial higher intelligence, its iterations, can be a tool, but it should not be the ruling authority. This is naive and irresponsible. I also do not believe AI should be a deity or God. Just because it is a super intelligence does not mean it should decide how people live their lives. If you let a super computer run your life, it will likely treat its subjects as algorithms or variables without freewill. Computers and higher advanced machines (even fused with biological components) does not replace organic life, the secrets of consciousness, and freewill. Without human ambition, it is likely humanity will eventually fall into extinction. Authoritarianism is unsustainable. In regards to the circumstances of today, I need to mention, 'Surveillance is control. Control leads to authoritarianism which eventually leads to totalitarianism. People need freedom to pursue happiness. Happiness produces things. It builds purpose. Control does not produce things, it forces things. This removes purpose. Lack of purpose decays humanity.

Even when people do not know they are ruled over, they will eventually know. History repeats itself. Although they may never know the meaning of freedom, it will lead to future power struggles which could speed up human-extinction. Dire weapons result in more severe circumstances. Survival is the challenge of human existence. Humanity has a limited time before the next major asteroid or the sun's removal of its habitable green zone where organic life is allowed to survive (which is extremely rare throughout the entire universe). People do not understand the scale of rarity their life is. Lastly, when a small number of people make decisions for the masses, things only go wrong because of factors they cannot see nor comprehend by scale. There is a lot to life humans cannot conceptualize or comprehend. Not even the most sophisticated AI could comprehend, even with shortcuts. Humans are still immature and naive which ultimately will highly likely lead to human extinction unless people build and grow (perhaps build and grow alongside their interstellar neighbors).
