I came up with an interesting suggestion, why not get America back to how it was in the past. Perhaps 1950s or even before that. What I mean is why don't we get rid of all taxes completely and only have four simple taxes: local tax, state tax, federal tax, and business tax. Perhaps all of which cannot exceed 15% or lower. We can get rid of having to choose and file for a company structure like Sole proprietorships, partnerships, S-corporation ... ect. We don't have to deal with payroll, property tax, sales tax, franchise tax, employment tax, excise tax, self-employment tax and...ect. Lets make it that simple. So simple you can do everything yourself all within ten minutes. Out with the old and outdated and in with the future practical and simple. American business right now feels like a waterfall being funneled into a small tight funnel when water should be free to flow freely. People can create all sort of interesting legal structures, for example why not a limited time partnership with a qualified anonymous individual where whenever they feel they had made enough money they can leave whenever they want? Why not a sole proprietor that temporarily partners with a business counselor/mentor who teaches you how to run the business before handing it completely over to you? I like to dream that opening a business should be one of the most simplest things people can do. It should be as simple as grabbing a buddy slapping some cash in his hand and slapping a sticker onto a vehicle and yelling to the world you're in business. Something as simple as painting a painting or putting together beads and selling them on the side of the side walk. I agree there should be necessary laws to prevent monopolies from spawning, people should have great safety and best working conditions, and all businesses should be kept up to code. Have laws in place so that business integrity stays the same or insentivises companies to do greater for their employees.Wouldn't America be great if it was that way? Wouldn't people do something they love and work at it until it's successful? The end to depression, the rejuvenation of self-empowerment, the ability to reap the fruits of personal success, the ability to help others in ways no one would ever think possible by creating your own systems, partnerships, and programs. Why rely solely on the government. Get America to be at the top of it's game. Get America to be the shining pinnacle of success, strength, and freedom. I want that America! That's where I want to live my life and prosper telling my own stories of success.
