This is my first time using Blogger on my phone. I apologize for any bad grammer issues in advance. I type fast, I have fat slavic sausage fingers, and I like to keep my ideas flowing. I am happy to learn I can blog on my phone and share my unique ideas and experiences. This keeps me sane during the days of the pandemic. The day I can't share ideas freely will unfortunately be the time I quit or consider to quit journaling or "blogging". However, as of now I am thrilled to release my latest ideas on a new kind of government system that I consider uniquely my own. Its a different style of government that I haven't found anywhere else around the world. Its similar to the U.S.'s style of government, but I have also looked over other government styles and constitutions. I'm not sure if it could work but im glad to put it out there and just share it. Maybe there are ideas people can take away from it. I might brainstorm and invent another form of government in the future but this is my current version I am satisfyed working on thus far. Perhaps in the future I can invent something entirely unique. My artist-designer brain works in very strange and creative ways. This time it has its sight on government and government ideas.
Foremost, I want to state that I'm not affiliated with any political party; I do not consider myself part of any political party; I do not like to take part in politics; nor do I advocate for any political party. I like to think I am an origional thinker and all my ideas are unique to myself and my own.
Jumping right into it, this is my idea for my own system of government taking from ideas and laws I like from around the world and coming up with my own unique new style of government, laws, and political narratives. I think its a completely unique style of government and perhaps with more research, I can make it functional. To make it functional would require a lot of time, research, and work; sadly it's time that I don't necessarily have at the moment. I would also like to draft a fake but realistic and official looking constitution if I had time. I think that would look pretty cool. I can also have it hang on my wall and make fake laws for my room and rehearse them when someone visits and breaks the law. Unfortunately, I do not have time for anything at the moment. This is something I do for fun, to waste time, to think deeply about things, and to keep my brain busy and flowing with creativity. Nevertheless, more will be added over time. I might reorganize it, restructure it, catagorize it, and modify it as time goes on. Right now, I'll leave it as a mess. This is my idea for a government model. Id like to call this government model the "high capacity" government model. This is how it goes:
These are the pillars of my government idea: liberty, justice, fairness, enlightenment/happiness, peace through strength (defensive strength), ethics and goodwill, family and community, unity and harmony, peace from war, mutual respect on society, education (intellectuality, intelligence, and critical thinking), truth and accuracy, logic and reason, improvment, and value (personal and workforce). I would consider to have the idea to sell government packages instead of having taxes. Lobiests come up with things they want. Government (congressman and judges) finds legal ways of making it happen and put together packages to sell to the people to make money. If people want it, they will put in enough money to fund the project and campaign for the packages
Its a system that believes people knows what's best for market, solutions, culture, society, safety, wealth creation, and the path leading towards the future.
In this system its possible to live without having to pay taxes or any fees. There are ways you can live freely without influence of government.
People involvement in government is more an interest than a task. It should also be something fun, builds unity, and allows people to be motivated to be involved. Involvment in government in general is as if a personal hobby.
Packages start with an idea, then they are made into drafts (there is desired draft with proof of intentions (which includes intentions, terminology, expected results, tests, data, resource citing, and how it benefits the US), the draft is then debated. Its debated by media, academic campuses, and private citisens. Then a first draft is put together by law makers with updated statistics, including accuracy to the expected results) once the draft is done, it is given a date to appear in congress and voted by the courts where it is debated by judges. After the judges it is ruled by senators if it should be passed, re-processed, or tossed/left for another time. Once the senators and law makers agree and accept the package, then the president looks at it where they can veto it or allow it to go to the people. The oversight branch looks at it and makes sure it has all the right criteria such as constitutionality and functionality with other laws. Once the oversight agrees with it, its accepted for public pay-vote. People pay-vote the laws they want. Depending on how dramatic or impact full in peoples lives the vote is will determine the cost of the package. People vote on the package at government offices and the government looms at the surveys of the people who pay voted for it or against it. The data is compiled and the package is revisited in court and by senators to see the accuracy of the data. The package goes through the second proceeding process where it could be sent back to be redone and improved. If there is an improvmsnt the package will have to be removed and the initial process starts again. If the package is accurate and the data reflects the public is satisfied with the package, it will pass into law becoming an official law. Overall every package is a dual process requiring the signatures of congressman/ senators, judges, presidents, oversight, and the public.
Packages are debated and go through court. Judges rules if the package is acceptable. Govt (senators and law makers) cannot make unconstitutional packages or their rank will get lowered or eventually they could be kicked from government. Oversight signs off on packages if it meets the criteria of being constitutional. If its a controversial package, the oversight can stop the package and even hold those responsible for developing the package, including the judges.. they can toss the package back for further review. Every package has senators, judges, and the president to sign off on it with their signatures. Every package must be specific. To purchase govt packages, you need to be 25 years old and have a degree. There's a limit of up to 15 packages a month. Packages are debated before they are introduced for public pay-vote. There are party's but senators can also be independent (its not the same as an independent party). The congress is not party ruled. The president is there for foreign policy mostly. The president can even create packages.
Like Tokyo you can go pretty much anywhere.
You can also investigate anything. Investigations are cost efficient and utilize the best in science and psychology strategies and methods.
Govt packages use money as a way to vote. Its a max of $100 per vote/ people advocating for the package. $100 is for average packages. Substantial or dramatic packages can go to $1,000 or $10,000. These are major changes and items for laws. People also pay to disincentive packages which only costs $10. You can disincentive any package. You pay for and against packages at "federal law offices". There are many in every city and town. All transactions are transparent so others can see what you voted for. You can also pay $10 to redo a package if you like the idea but think the package needs to be redone. When you pay-vote to redo a package you digitally explain why you believe that and how it can be made better. You get a receipt of your statement and the reasons are totaled by govt to make better packages. You also do the same to disincentive packages. When you vote-pay for a package there are potential selective reasons also. (Every vote-pay has a survey so you can choose an answer and explain why). You can also pay $10 for things you want to see in packages. If it gets enough attention they will be introduced in a package.
With the government package system, i think its more for a democracy then a republic because it utilizes technology and citisens as part of the law making process.
The govt makes money through states. Consumers pay sales tax, states collect sales tax and pay themselves and the federal govt. There is no income tax or federal taxes by citisens only states pay federal govt. There is no irs and if govt wants more money for things, they sell packages. Military is payed through mostly states taxes, sometimes federal govt. State militaries are also payed through sales tax. More spending means more sales tax which means more federal and state money. That is why business culture is very important for this republic system. Wealth creation and culture creation (by those who want an alternate lifestyle rather than working lifestyle) by citizens leads to a strong and well payed government. In theory, the more wealth the population makes, the more the govt makes (people first, governments last).
Its a system that believes in people being the main workforce where AI, automation, and robots are simply tools. Humans are never to be replaced with robots. //A human world should be made to run with humans as robots, AI (predictive learning) are meant to be tools. There is the security of a wall around the country guarded by tech and military. States are responsible for their borders and civilian propert lines that are part of state borders. Taxes are limited to war time only.
Its a non-parental govt. Gov does not baby its citizens. There are healthy and necessary risks. Its a society that believes in personal and company responsibility. It doesn't not believe in unions and prefers more traditional business models where businesses help take care of its employees, allows payments in equity, and creates its own company cultures.
Voting for candidates has no party affiliation. People are expected to know their candidates. There are faces, names, and what role they are trying to enter.
People need to know the person they vote for. Otherwise, people can leave the vote empty.
Everything legal is on record. By this i mean any congressional or senate sessions and law making is recorded. The record is to always be protected with a very high level of security. Before any legal session begins, everyone says their name and role for the record. There is a Secure Court for confidential material. All secure-Court materials are released after each president or every six years. Every president has six years of office. There has to be a public announcement before a secure court is used and after its used. Transparency is critical for government and if there is evidence of secrecy, an investigation is launch. Oversight is to be seen as a guard dog on steroids. Nothing gets past them and they are always proactive in protection, loyalty, and service. Oversight has many levels as well including its own judges, comitees, and investigators. All of which are voted equally in by the people, public authorities with clean curruption records and high ratings (police leaders and lower court judges) and top military leaders. This is also called the Security-Compound Oversight Community Vote. The people cast their votes, the authorities cast their votes, and the top of militaries cast their votes. The vote is split between three of these and the person with the highest vote gets the position. All voters are surveyed and asked if they have met the person, what experiences they have had, why they like the person, how did they know about the person, why should they vote for this position? The answers are then database for scientific analysis for the sake of improvment of government.
The government is always actively collecting data to improve itself and improve the quality of life for its citisens. (Maybe) This is done through the government-public relation branch. This branch makes an oath to its staff to carry out their duties. They renew the oath ever year.
Every year government branches review their work for the year. This is call the Archive and Achievement Address. This is a day that branches review, publish, check their ratings, give awards, and give a party for those in government. This fulfills an internal government family or community culture. People are given high honors and awards for carrying out their duties to the best they can and show themselves as role models for others. Branches mostly operate with a militaristic personality and highly professional personality, but have the flexibility to be more relaxed as long as they carry out their duties.
Everyone in government is trained and has a role in security. They proactively are part of the government security team looking for curruption, abnormalities, infiltrators, and irregularities.. Congressmen, judges, and other tempuray officials have the option to join this community. Its everyone who's part of the governments job to keep the government safe. This rule goes above the rule of the individuals they work for.
Different branches in government can have different uniforms. All uniforms are designed to portray intimidation, respect, and high status.
Some of the qualities taught in government is to show ethics such as: humble, patient, loyal, and equal to any other nongovernment occupation.
There are states that can retract and rejoin the Federal government. They each have the same state constitutional provisions. Its normal for states to join and leave the union. Its designed for this.
States can leave and rejoin the Federal government but then has limited operation with other states that are part of the union. This can perhaps also allow states to "close-off" tempuarily and rebuild infrustructure and economy internally.
The states and federal government have the ability to close their economy and do business internally (like japan in history) except in a war. Every state has their own military and melitia. They are responsible for their own borders.
An oath is done before every session in congress begins and everyone's name is addressed.
Drugs/substances that do not lead to hostile or lethal behaviors are allowed. Its up to the individual to make those decisions.
There's an area in government law called incentives and encouragements.
People are encouraged to make their own products instead of relying on imports.
The country focuses more on itself then globally. It focuses less on global trade.
Weapons in incapable hands such as people who abuse them are forbidden to have them. They are screened before any purchase. Govt must be kept small and by the people. There is a large emphasis on public happiness, satisfaction,, and enlightenment. In the extreme circumstance that the worst happens, an ovrthrow is done when a majority of population size goes to the capitol; at least 75% of the population size. Overthrows are peaceful and the decision is made by the people. Then all in gov officials are kicked out and replaced with a new unfamiliar group of people that were on the ballots who will be retrained by tempuary special service people.This is a country with a constitutional democratic-representative republic with six branches of government: peoples branch (commons branch), legislative (congres[senate, house of representatives), executive (president/vice president/cabnet), judicial (Supreme court/federal-state courts), parliment, and oversight.In this govt idea, you have a strictly defensive military. There is the sword branch (offensive), armored branch (largest branch; defensive), and survey branch (intelligence). Both sword and armor branch have various divisions to operate in land, sea, air, and space. Sword branch is mostly joined in armored branch but exists in case of a rising authoritarian regime. There is also a hammer branch which acts as a Core of Engineers. This is just as big as armored branch which focuses on defensive and offensive weaponry, tools, vehicles, and inventions. There is also a security branch who protects high officials. There is an investigative branch called hawk branch. Any branch can be redone with a protest of 75% of population density. These are called Resets and reduces the govt to its template values, laws, and constitution.Prerequisite to be any politician is to be highly educated, high in ethics, nationalistic, have work experience, have had to achieved great things in one's career with evidence, and unaffiliated with any irrational organization (such as cults, serorities, or oversea-forign organizations).To be involved in politics you need to have evidence of being well educated.Its mostly a business economy with a partial large focus on small business.People should not be bothered by govt if they don't want it. The govt uses strategies to attract citisens to be apart of the law making process and gain interest in the involvmwnt in govt.
Security with other nations are held economically with sanctions and terrifs.

Markets are uncontrolled or very limitedly regulated.
I like the idea that I am the founder and architect of the idea if it was added to a medium or cited source. I'm sure its just an idea thatbwont go anywhere but im glad to have my ideas out there.
Its a govt that puts people first and country first.
Aid to foreign countries are also done by pay-vote.
Govt with ideology that the best minds with the best decisions will bring about the best results bringing the best future.
People can live off the govt only if they produce like art, music, and culture. This allows people to live a different lifestyle or a fall-back lifestyle away from the mainstream pro-working culture. This will also allow people to make things that take a very long time to produce.
There are to be no banking cartels or unofficialized federal reserves. Any reserves has no influence on markets and currency institutions.
Sexual and alternate lifestyles are a acceptable in special declared zones.
All fantasy media must use a fantasy/fantasy-warning label infront of its media. Example: songs first track must explain that its fictional aentertainment. Movies must tell people not to replicate what they see and that the medium is fantasy/fictional and made for entertainment. The country encourages a balance of the real world and culture.
Copyright law is more simple. A person gives credit to the artist and provides a source for their portfolio or art and everyone can use whoevers art or media resource freely but cannot profit from it without a contract or evidence by concent of the creator/artist. Ultimately if you didn't make it, you cannot make money on it unless the artist/ content creator provides evidence that says that you can.
Peoples branch is for public affairs and summon-dutys, oversight is an added arm for making sure it operates the way it should and doesn't take measures to corruption (internally and externally). Oversight is the security branch their goal is to root out facism, sociopaths, and psychopaths and provide internal political oversight. Parliament is where everyone can voice their opinions and everyone talks over each other.
Anyone can observe and participate in political affairs through party and commitees. There is also small group commities. Everything is done by committee instead of having a branch for everything. The reason is because a branch of government costs money and its possible branches will need money despite not doing any service. I thinknits a good idea the country's culture is that one makes money according to their occupation and the importance/risk of their occupation.
Transparency is a law in govt. You see all the donors and where the money goes. People vote where their money goes and what is funded.
My government is kept very small and simple. Let people do what they want and govt leaves them alone. It is very regulated and safeguarded. Any instance of corruption and an individual are instantly forbidden to participate in government ever again. You would have to go to court to try and get back in.

Schools are not all federally owned. They are allowed to be private, public, and state owned academic institutions. The country encourages many types of insituations and competition among ratings.
Treason is a big deal in this country. If an individual or group carry out irrational actions with the purpose of having political motives or influence, treason can be added to their list of offenses which could get them banned/exiled from the country in which they send them to another country who will take them. Under extreme circumstances they can be executioned, especially if they keep coming back.
(Controversial) Unlike the US system, repeat offenders who return to prison way too many times can be executed. Before that they will be given their time in prison and opportunities to change or turn to religion. However, if there is no changes, they will unfortunately be put down in private by hanging. Prison conditions are a lot better than the US as it is federally and state runned with the opportunity to recondition member to renter society as model citisens. There is also oportunity for them to join the military. However, they cannot reach the highest ranks of the military.
Factual information and communication is a vital resource for this system. There is also the ability to gather and protest peacefully.
Police is not militarized. There are three kinds of police: security (often, most used, and unarmed; anyone can be it), officers (armed and fully trained), and swat (heavy more militarized crew used in special occasions). Police is often like in Japan, lenient, ethical, polite, and patient. They try to calm things down before taking action. They are also responsible if they do something wrong which results could result in probation or at worst being kicked from the force or jailed. Curruption is taken extremely serious and can result in immediate dismissal of the force. Anyone else who is close to him will go through screening in an investigation. This doesn't matter if one is a chef or a president.
Heads of police are voted.
Conspiracy cases are always actively investigated. It adress those who have conspiracy interests, everything is made public after an investigation. During the investigation, the press can ask for question.
Ideological investigations are also a reason to open a case. Where a person can explain what they believe and where the roots of their actions and ideas come from. Orphans can sign up for the military and be made into model citisens by the state. They are supposed to be the role models teens are to compete with.
Very bad parents can also be fined for bad parenting. If poor parenting is extreme with evidence then a child can be put to a better home.
Bullying is an offense and can result in fines for the parents.
There is a respect for diversity of people, behaviors, and interests. An example isnthere is an appreciation of male and female masculinity and femininity. The country encourages everyone to accept each other as they are.
Producers (people who create including artists), entrepreneurs, business community members, military, utility service people that risk their lives, ethical leaders, and ethical authority members are seen with a high appreciation and respect in society. Its a society of creators and service people.
Products are encouraged to build for volume/ cheap and longevity/ dependency/ durability (more pricier) govt will offer incentives for this. The goal is to make the best in the world, to carry alot of the products made in the world, and to have a cheap version for less wealthy consumers.
States check all areas of the city, utilities, and infrustructure to make sure they are always up-to-date, secure, up to expectations, and safe.
There are drivers licenses to make sure a person is fit for driving and their vehicles fit for the road. Drivers license is updated every four years. Gun licenses also required a background check and mental health check. Gun license are updated with drivers license. A weapons slip of the fire arm is necessary by a liscensed test range for the update. The existence of bicycles licenses are dependent on states. License renewal is cheap.
The country side and urban areas has the ability to have seperate laws if its desired and if necissary. However it requires a logical and rational explanation.
Its a government with modifiable function. For example there is variables that can be altered. For example, price for children can be altered to be expensive like child tax and perhaps child services. This helps with depopulation if this is necessary to make life more sustainable by disincentivising birthrate. It can also offer incentives to people to not have children.
This is a government routed in human psychology, proven science (non-political science), justice, fairness, convinience, and goodwill.
There are initial laws. They can also be considered origional laws. These are the laws origionally made. Any modifications are called modified laws. Laws can also be amended or decommissioned. All laws are kept on the books with a date and a sited source of who was involved with them and their reasons of actions. Then there could be Natural Law and Created Laws.
If organization become too big and consume other areas of the free market jeopardizing competition, they will have to break up. If an organization finds ways around the government, they can be fined and can be subjected to antifacist oligarchy laws. If they are extremely hostile and greedy to the economy, markets, and competition, they can be fined by government and could be subject to antifacist laws for preventing oligarchy.
Federal and states are equal in power, but federal is given limited power to regulate states. City government operate under state governments. District, town, and prefectures operate under city governments. Every state has a limited zone for independent zones where "wildmen" can live, natives, or communes can be made so that individuals can live a certain life style away from any federal or state laws. They are called independent reserves. These rights are protected by the state.
Federal and states are equal under power. States grant permission to the federal government so that it can be used. Jury duty is for those who become involved in the law, such as getting a speeding ticket.
Towns choose the style of cities and can reference all the other styles found anywhere in the world. All homes should be build with a standard as to be preserved from any disaster and weather condition even if it less likely. The country encourages a Tokyo style city with more open spaces like in the Ukyochou idea.
***Laws have: processes, encouragements, standards, and simplification explanation. Processes (P) show how something is done. Encouragements (E) shows what the government encourages. Standards (S) shows what is the proposed standards for something is. Methods (M) are methods that a law or a person can choose from some depending on conditions. Simplified Explanation (SE) this is so that teenagers and lawyers can easily understand laws. Interpretation (I) what the law means (can be multiple interpretations). Proposed Purpose (PP) the reason a law was made (with a list of problems it desires to solve so that law readers can understand the logic). When it comes to laws there are also: modified law (Mod/date), amended law (A/date), and decommissioned law (D/date). Modified law is laws modified, amended laws are laws which have been extended and added onto, and decommissioned laws are laws that have been removed.
Preventative laws (PV). These are laws that are shadowed when made and enacted in case they occur. Cities need protection from states, states need protection from federal govt.Everything needs to know what their willing to allow to do to each other. The idea is to come up with ever negative possibility and protect itself against it.The market economy in this country is like the wild west. Its risky and there is no controls on companies or corporations. There are no hedge funds, no federal reserve for leveraging or bailouts of any kind. This is called "the real market economy". Its a law that any politician who tampered with the economy is to be thrown out from government. This is a real raw economy government. Companies are expected to communicate and negotiate with each other as a business community. Imports have only 10% tax as imports are encouraged; however, there are incentives to make things in the country by having businesses pay less business taxes to the state. Imported goods have a 15% tax when sold on store shelves which businesses then pays to the federal government. Goods made within the country have substantial incentives. Often federal small business agencies will work to take care of ones lawyers, taxes, and other benefits.
There are anifacist laws. Reinforces freedom of speech, privacy, arms. Preserves language/ terminology, education, media, mobility, markets. Protects ideology, information, electorial process. Forbids Marxism, unions, extreme centralization, and extreme propaganda. It also forbids technocracies, supreme elitism (oligarchys), monopolies, lobbiest agendas, extreme corporatocracy, and irrational mob rule.Antifacist laws prohibits individuals of a religion or cult to force others out of a location.
Antifacist laws also prevent olagarchy. Once traces of olagarchy is discovered, all who are associated are required to pay a 50% to 75% tax, depending on circumstances, and are to remove their business in four years from the country.
Antifacist laws show that semantic representation is forbidden. A group cannnot say they against something while also do what the stand against.
Under the antifacist laws, any science that is added for political gain is a call for prosecution. Science and research is taken extremely serious in academic institutions.
There is the national guard. There is the state guard. Then there is the malitia. The state guard also acts as the national guard until there is a federal civil threat by the federal govt or incase there is a foreign invasion. The state guard is not used to invade other states. Any leadership who encourages this is banned from their position and trialed federally. That is when the national guard, involving multiple states, can be called for that state. Basic training barracks are in selective places. National guard slogan: seperate but united.
The antifacist laws prohibit people from being banned, canceled, silenced, or any steps leading to individuals being prepared to disappear, labeled, or trialed injustly. Tribal culture in connection with politics will be under extreme investigation.
The antifacist laws prohibit people from taking on negative labels that enable people to have a reason to dislike or hate others. Objective unity is very important in this country. Tribal-seperation narratives designed for divide and conquer of any sort is prohibited. Antifacist laws prohibit violent regimes from rioting and threatening innocent individuals. If a mayor doesn't take action in three full months against an out of control violent ilogical radical group with over thirty members, they can be held responsible.
(Controversial) Its desired that the age of consent revolves around puberty and menstration. If a young individual is old enough for sexual arousal, become sexually active, or perhaps they are around an age range where they understand and purposefully provoke the arousal of others then that is the age of consent. This would also include that the males age of consent is different from females. Its considered that this is the more scientific logic for a law. However, I personally think 16 to 18 years of age is appropriate if i had to give an age. Its socially encouraged to keep ones virginity or to lose ones virginity for people one wants to marry. Any alternate sexual ideology is up to the individual. Lack of consent is molestation which is an offense. There are also indecency laws meant to protect underage individuals. The core idea is that one does not allow anything they do not permit and it is up to them to make the best decisions of themselves. If one allow someone to overstep this personal boundary of wanting intimacy without being strict about their position and consent, they are giving them consent. If anyone overstep that boundary and the person strictly does not give consent, they can be convicted as a sex offender. Ones consent has power in this society. The unofficial rule that its encouraged is to date others around a ten year range around ones age.
(Sexual) sexual law: The culture desires that sexuality and nudity is not seen as a big deal, there is no shame, and perhaps seen as something seen casual or to be overlooked in society because nudity and sexuality is personally delt with respect, consent, and consideration. The country encourages a society that has morals but is lenient to this form of natural life. The respect, consent, and consideration for nudity and sexuality is a part of social responsibility. There may even be tolerance for bodies that aren't present to look at. Those who are aroused are to be responsible with their behavior and if to the extreme of arousal, to excuse themselves to perform self-pleasuring practices that remove their arousal so that their body and mind returns to normal uninfluenced by biological functions. Sexual arousal is seen as a chemical result to hormones and to prevent irrational behavior, its encouraged to relieve oneself to return to normal. Its encouraged that to relieve oneself of their arousal through self-pleasuring acts should be socially acceptable and not shameful as if attending any other natural bodily function. Overall, sexuality is to be a safe, consensual, harmonious, or perhaps a unifying narrative.
Sexual laws: in society its considered acceptable to be in one's undergarments publicly as part of SSL01 (sexual standard law). In certain declared zones, its acceptable to walk without clothes (alt standard or custom sexuality law; SSL02, SSL03).

Ultimately, i want to make it to where people can sustain a living on a low salary without federal assistance and to live comfortably with the ability to grow their income using banks. To do this, technology and manufacturing need to be made to keep up with this standard. //perhaps to do this the country would have to remove its trade from the rest of the world. It needs its own currency. I think its currency would have to be cost effective to citisens but cost extremely high when other countries want to do business with the country. Imagine if ten dollars is all you need to survive on fifty dollars could pay for utilities, car payments, gas, groceries, rent/ mortgage, medical, or insurance (if you wanted it)..ect. this is what i would like to consider. A deflated currency like the US's 1950s but made to where every individual can sustain a modern and comfortable lifestyle with everything they wanted. I assume that would mean, one dollar would be worth thousands of dollars on the world trade level. Nevertheless, that an idea. I agree its crazy but perhaps with technology and manufacturing maybe it can be done (if this was to be done in the US, I think the dollar would have to be deflated and technology and manufacturing would have to be dramatically evolved). Nevettheless, more improvment in technology/AI/Robotics, more wealth which can be invested into technology and mass/complex/ evolved manufactuirng. Id like to think its possible.

I think this form government can invent orbital realistate where it can even purchase space orbiting the earth or between the moon and use space as a manufacturing hub. Perhaps we could use that spacial realistate for making space shuttles, labs, and more dangerous technology that's less of a risk to Earth. Funding for these colleges come from states which comes from business tax. The logic is investing in education is the best investment. However despite the desire of free and quality education, there is a limit allowing for the funding of these institutions. Government funding is only limited and proportional to the successes of businesses and wealth generation of the country.
This is a "proforward" govt model meaning people need to always make money and not have their income, freedoms, and businesses affected. Their businesses should never be negatively influenced or affected by political agendas or policy. There is also a mindfulness on currupt policies tied to agendas made to seem good but are destructive in the long term. Having people make a productive livelihood with their freedom and the ability to have their businesses grow is a core government value. That is why this government cannot adopt socialism. Its a belief that if individuals turn to socialism or any other Marxist ideology then it's a belief that some aspect of this system is failing/decaying and is not at a peak or expected performance. The gradeschool education is set up to where the most a child is obstructive and irrational, they are sent to an academy where the structure is more militaristic. Normal schools have an expectation to uphold of the students. The students are expected to respect the schools and the teachers otherwise they can be kicked from a school and their families fined for not disciplining their child. Schools can be somewhat strict due to expectations, but they give students a lot of freedom to make their own decisions. Students learn even how to make a business.

A federal courts is in every state which acts on behalf of the main federal court.

Online public agreements and terms of service are more relevant. Online websites are to provide their terms of service and are encouraged it to be what people can expect. People are incouraged to not purchase items without information about their product, because the product isn't considered presentable and complete. Products should present as much information as it can in a legible and comprehensible format.

It wants an unfiltered and uninfluenced by curruption and corporation economy. Companies who want to stay alive need to discuss with other companies and make deals. They are encouraged to come together to make a win-win deal so that they all make money. Their also encouraged to cut-out the company that is dog-eat-dog who are greedy and not wanting to cooperate allowing others to win. Its a government that does not rely on lobiests or corporate or donor influence. It wants to have as many markets as possible. It wants a free society capable of making money freely and openly any ways it wants (hopefully ethically and with the use of ethics).
This government actively uses an honor, ethics, and respect system for its political officials. If they do not respect government, are engaged in schemes to subvert the system, do not act in a mentally mature manner, become currupt, and are authoritrians, overtime they can be kicked out. The government, with absolution, does not tolerate curruption and political decay. There is an expectation for politicians to perform the best they can (using logic, reason with the ability to intellectually critically think), have an expectation to improve the country, and to greatly represent those who elected them. //Most politicians of today in the US system of government would be thrown out by this government standards unless they meet the expected criteria.
In this system, presentation, cleanliness, and aesthetician means a lot. It means you take care of your business and uphold it to the best value. It should be seen that a greedy person makes money and doesn't care what their workplace or business looks like; however, if the work place is respected and valued for making money and generating the wealth their owner appreciates, they will take care of it and provide with the best asthetic and presentation possible. People will see how much loyalty, catering, and effort that goes into their business. This tells people, one is serious about business and aims to provide the best service possible. This builds respect and status for a business and it should attract others to do business with a company.

Tasers are also carried everywhere by staff and are electronically activated by finger prints. They are only used in saviere cases.
I see so many restrictions in communities and properties. I believe people should build whatever they want if they own the property. If their property is like a garbage pile then they are required to cover it from view in a appropriate and asthetically pleasing way. If it's too much of a problem, then there should be a deadline in which to clean up and make the property presentable for the sake of their neighbors and community.
Companies can mentor other companies. For example, new companies can be helped other companies to grow and join in their business community of making win-win deals and collaborations. Businesses helping smaller companies achieve growth can build respect with companies. This system encourages the growth and status of companies. Perhaps it can be a sign of loyalty and appreciation to show the logos of other companies as a form of loyalty and appreciation in one's business. Nevertheless, despite the status of a company there is a sense of humility from too much pride and a withdraw from arrogance and to be willing to see and listen to others they consider inferior (individuals or companies) and to apologize when things go wrong to uphold ethics.
Government encourages a more friendly-to-learn as much as you can when learning about govt because it also wants to inspire people to get involved, create, and build more culture. Its believed that by getting people more involved, it can bring people together and Inspire more governments around the world to have more a presidency of social involvement, inspire people to create and improve, and a basis of of using government for the purpose of good will for their own citisens and an example for the rest of the world.
My government and economic system would be about business. Just like Tokyo, it is heavily about businesses thriving and growing. A collective goal would be intersteller expansion but an Earthly goal is about creating and building value through products, services, and talents in business. Moreover, my government and economic system would not have a need for unions because businesses have to uphold ethical standards. This includes in allowing everyone a chance at building success through competition, negotiation, and a win-win business community.

(Government) I think it might be a good idea to have a Logics Leaders Commitee. This is a commitee of government ethics, oversight, and quality assurance. These are extremely logical individuals who are leaders from every state. Every month there is a rotation for new very logical leadership individuals. Their goal is to be part of a panel that questions every area in government and politics. There should be a balance of views. There should be a balance of opposition and people for any topic. The goal is a debate, Q&A, discussion for the average citisen, or for the public and average cktisen to get involved outside of press. The debate or discussion is between state representatives and congressman against pro and con Logic Leaders who make up the Logics Leaders Committee. It should also be possible for Logic Leaders to call for leaders in different departments of government to answer questions. There are four Logic Leaders from each state. Two are pro and two are con each political topic. Balance of pros and cons are important. Political topics could be focus questions on highlighted topics or random desired topics. Each ask their series of questions before the hour to their state representatives, congressman, or government department leader in a publicized event. The questions asked by Logic Leaders are heard fairly and answers are to be expected unless it's confidential. If there isn't an answer, then the answers can be prepared in advance and brought up the next session. Because the Logics Leaders Commitee rotates every month there is always a variety of new individuals with new questions, debates, discussions, and public solutions. Every session is two or four hours long. The time is balanced for pros and cons. This means two hour segments has one hour for pros and one hour for cons without opposition interuption. If it's a four hour segment, it's two hours for pro and two hours for con. This session only happens once a month. As stated earlier the purpose of a Logic Leader Commitee is so that the average individual or intelligent leader can question political agendas, motives, reasons, solutions, and input the questions or obtain answers publicly. The philosophy behind this is a society that is publicly involved and active in questioning authorities is a government pushed to improve.
I want to call my system of government the Cleventine system which considers all the ideas, ethics, and ideologies from my government system. Overall, I think this system emphasizes the idea of balance, logic, and fairness in government.
