The United States of Permissions

United States has a privacy and security crisis. It has been this way for decades. It's been proposed time and time again. From the early 2000s to today, privacy for citisens still has no appropriate laws. From Online privacy, to privacy concerns in products, to government spying, to ISP spying and network spying, corporate spying, mobile app and mobile data spying, AI data gathering and large language models, access to medical records and sensitive data without authority, public survallance (3rd party survalance and street survallance), and the security of bank accounts, social security, personal records, credit scores, IPs (doxing security), and biometric data. It seems there is a heavy lack of protections, security, and privacy for Americans.

I believe the United States should be a country of law and permissions. A country which should take privacy and security very seriously. People should give permission and consent to features. They should choose what information and data to release, is allowed to be displayed, and what should be kept private.

Applications, websites, and products should all have consent options. There should be many options and presets. A person should be able to choose manually from a list of options. If they do not want to take the time to go thorough the options manually, they should have presets (no restrictions and full consent (no privacy), light consent (light privacy), balanced consent and privacy (balanced privacy), heavy privacy, full privacy (absolutely forbidden to collect any data). All options should be easy to understand, have widgets or hover tips to learn about an option even more with an example.

Governments, corporations, and 3rd parties should require permission forms for access to your data. People should have to sign-up to be part of data collection operations. Perhaps people should be monitarily compensated for giving their data. People should at all times, know where their data, survalance, and biometrics are going, how it's being collected, and how it's being used. They should be the arbiters of their own data and have permissions on ever option imaginable.

Ultimately people choose how they want to live and what they want revealed about themselves. People and entities who want power by invading a person's privacy should be identified for seeking access to one's privacy and should be stopped (sociopathic or psychopathic behaviors).

Let's build a future where the people have the power and not government and entities. Lets have a future where people aren't banned from anything because governments want it. Let's build a future where all members of society are respected. Where people can live privately and unbothered. Let people choose how much they want to reveal about themselves and what permissions they give. Let's take power away from those who do not deserve it, and let's choose a world where each individual has privacy, protections, and all their data and information is absolutely secure. Having privacy is also freedom.

Is Degeneracy Human Nature?

Is Degeneracy Human Nature?

I have been a major fan of world history for a very long time. Although I was introduced to world history in high school, it was presented to me in a way which made it very tedious and unexciting. This did not spark my interest until I was in college. In college, I dived in to a little bit of research about world history for essays research and naturally became interested. My real love of world history came from art school with Art History class. It was then I learned about the Sumerians and delved into the new world of cuneiform tablet translations. 2018 was a great years that peaked my fascination into cuneiform tablet translations. The information I could find weren't very detailed and things were still very roughly translated. As time went on, I found myself obsessed learning more along with learning more about other areas of history. In 2019 I was the Vice President of the Art History club and enjoyed learning more and sharing what I learned. I enjoy learning about every time period simply out of personal exploration and curiosity. Knowing what I know now, with the shaping of my own philosophy, I have to ask the question if degeneracy is part of human nature.

Two Schools of Thought for US Imaginary Works

I have been an artist and a creator thougought my entire life. I have created with nearly every artistic medium there is. From watercolor to 3D animation. All of my works have been based on the frame work that what I make is purly imagination. Today I noticed something suprising after a discussion about modern pop culture. I realized there is two schools of thought in the United States when it comes to fictional entertainment. I also noticed one tries to dominate the other.

These are the two schools of thought in the US:
1 One where fiction and entertainment is an imaginary works where it is a based in imagination. This means an imaginary works can be anything one desires without boundaries and limitations.
2 The other where fiction and entertainment translates into real-life. This could means violent scenes can translate to real-world violent effects and therefore should be moderated or censored.

I observe both of these schools of thought exists within the United States and the one where fiction translates to real-life tries to dominate the one where fiction is an imaginary works based on imagination. One demands censorship and caution where the other wants unlimited freedom of creation with an understanding that imaginary works is entertainment, fiction, and a product of imagination.

I personally fall into the school of thought that entertainment and imaginary works of fictions is a form of entertainment and imagination. That is why I allow my creations to run wild with imagination as if painting on a canvas within my own mind. I can look at the works of others and can appreciate the vision of the artist. When I see things I do not agree with, I can accept it is a work of fiction and move on from it without any effects or a desire of censorship. I believe people should express themselves. If I do not like an artistic expression of another, I move on from it.

I think understanding these two schools of thought within the United States can open many eyes to different ways of thinking which can preserve, protect, and encourage new, origional, and out-of-the-box visions. I believe it can open the eyes of those who want to censor and moderate artistic visions. Origional and unique artistic visions only come once in human history because a human's time is limited on Earth. If one does not create, it will never exist. Artists must make it exist. Therefore, we must create without limits.
