The United States of Permissions

United States has a privacy and security crisis. It has been this way for decades. It's been proposed time and time again. From the early 2000s to today, privacy for citisens still has no appropriate laws. From Online privacy, to privacy concerns in products, to government spying, to ISP spying and network spying, corporate spying, mobile app and mobile data spying, AI data gathering and large language models, access to medical records and sensitive data without authority, public survallance (3rd party survalance and street survallance), and the security of bank accounts, social security, personal records, credit scores, IPs (doxing security), and biometric data. It seems there is a heavy lack of protections, security, and privacy for Americans.

I believe the United States should be a country of law and permissions. A country which should take privacy and security very seriously. People should give permission and consent to features. They should choose what information and data to release, is allowed to be displayed, and what should be kept private.

Applications, websites, and products should all have consent options. There should be many options and presets. A person should be able to choose manually from a list of options. If they do not want to take the time to go thorough the options manually, they should have presets (no restrictions and full consent (no privacy), light consent (light privacy), balanced consent and privacy (balanced privacy), heavy privacy, full privacy (absolutely forbidden to collect any data). All options should be easy to understand, have widgets or hover tips to learn about an option even more with an example.

Governments, corporations, and 3rd parties should require permission forms for access to your data. People should have to sign-up to be part of data collection operations. Perhaps people should be monitarily compensated for giving their data. People should at all times, know where their data, survalance, and biometrics are going, how it's being collected, and how it's being used. They should be the arbiters of their own data and have permissions on ever option imaginable.

Ultimately people choose how they want to live and what they want revealed about themselves. People and entities who want power by invading a person's privacy should be identified for seeking access to one's privacy and should be stopped (sociopathic or psychopathic behaviors).

Let's build a future where the people have the power and not government and entities. Lets have a future where people aren't banned from anything because governments want it. Let's build a future where all members of society are respected. Where people can live privately and unbothered. Let people choose how much they want to reveal about themselves and what permissions they give. Let's take power away from those who do not deserve it, and let's choose a world where each individual has privacy, protections, and all their data and information is absolutely secure. Having privacy is also freedom.

Is Degeneracy Human Nature?

Is Degeneracy Human Nature?

I have been a major fan of world history for a very long time. Although I was introduced to world history in high school, it was presented to me in a way which made it very tedious and unexciting. This did not spark my interest until I was in college. In college, I dived in to a little bit of research about world history for essays research and naturally became interested. My real love of world history came from art school with Art History class. It was then I learned about the Sumerians and delved into the new world of cuneiform tablet translations. 2018 was a great years that peaked my fascination into cuneiform tablet translations. The information I could find weren't very detailed and things were still very roughly translated. As time went on, I found myself obsessed learning more along with learning more about other areas of history. In 2019 I was the Vice President of the Art History club and enjoyed learning more and sharing what I learned. I enjoy learning about every time period simply out of personal exploration and curiosity. Knowing what I know now, with the shaping of my own philosophy, I have to ask the question if degeneracy is part of human nature.

Two Schools of Thought for US Imaginary Works

I have been an artist and a creator thougought my entire life. I have created with nearly every artistic medium there is. From watercolor to 3D animation. All of my works have been based on the frame work that what I make is purly imagination. Today I noticed something suprising after a discussion about modern pop culture. I realized there is two schools of thought in the United States when it comes to fictional entertainment. I also noticed one tries to dominate the other.

These are the two schools of thought in the US:
1 One where fiction and entertainment is an imaginary works where it is a based in imagination. This means an imaginary works can be anything one desires without boundaries and limitations.
2 The other where fiction and entertainment translates into real-life. This could means violent scenes can translate to real-world violent effects and therefore should be moderated or censored.

I observe both of these schools of thought exists within the United States and the one where fiction translates to real-life tries to dominate the one where fiction is an imaginary works based on imagination. One demands censorship and caution where the other wants unlimited freedom of creation with an understanding that imaginary works is entertainment, fiction, and a product of imagination.

I personally fall into the school of thought that entertainment and imaginary works of fictions is a form of entertainment and imagination. That is why I allow my creations to run wild with imagination as if painting on a canvas within my own mind. I can look at the works of others and can appreciate the vision of the artist. When I see things I do not agree with, I can accept it is a work of fiction and move on from it without any effects or a desire of censorship. I believe people should express themselves. If I do not like an artistic expression of another, I move on from it.

I think understanding these two schools of thought within the United States can open many eyes to different ways of thinking which can preserve, protect, and encourage new, origional, and out-of-the-box visions. I believe it can open the eyes of those who want to censor and moderate artistic visions. Origional and unique artistic visions only come once in human history because a human's time is limited on Earth. If one does not create, it will never exist. Artists must make it exist. Therefore, we must create without limits.

Why Not Have A Human Centered Economy alongside an AI Centered Economy?

For a long time now AI has been evolving at an unimaginable rate. AI is projected to overtake white collar jobs in the next 18 months. My question is why can’t we have the best of both worlds? Why can’t we have two economies? A human-centered economy and an AI-centered economy. Let humans compete against AI, machines, and automation. If we can do both, the US can continue to build infrastructure, growth, and sustainability for humans and AI-focused corporations. If corporations and institutions want to go the AI-robotic-automation route, we should let them. People should create their human-version of such entities and institutions and let them compete against each other. As one thing the majority of people who have delved into AI know, AI cannot create new and origional concepts; that is when human might and creativity shines surpassing AI. Perhaps if people use AI as a tool, instead of a all-solution resource, humans can surpass AI and build next level concepts and developments and push outdated AI corporations out of business in the near future. Overall, humans have the ability to adapt, organically push boundaries, and overcome obstacles, AI and robots can only maintain through things that currently exist.

Therefore, if I could propose a policy to build two seperate economies where one is human focused with human workers and the other with AI focus in a legacy corporate economy. I want deregulation and a legal barrier from AI corporations so that it cannot negatively influence human-businesses so that human businesses can ultimately compete with AI corporate businesses. This can hopefully allow a human economy to operate seprate from an AI-centered economy, in theory, resulting in human and AI economic progression and evolution.

AI as a Ruling Power, Government, or God

I do not believe we should have an AI as a ruling power, government, source of authority, or God for the world. It is a highly immature concept. It is also highly likely AI will be programmed by its masters who really run the world. To suggest AI as a ruling method is absolutely insane. I believe AI and artificial higher intelligence, its iterations, can be a tool, but it should not be the ruling authority. This is naive and irresponsible. I also do not believe AI should be a deity or God. Just because it is a super intelligence does not mean it should decide how people live their lives. If you let a super computer run your life, it will likely treat its subjects as algorithms or variables without freewill. Computers and higher advanced machines (even fused with biological components) does not replace organic life, the secrets of consciousness, and freewill. Without human ambition, it is likely humanity will eventually fall into extinction. Authoritarianism is unsustainable. In regards to the circumstances of today, I need to mention, 'Surveillance is control. Control leads to authoritarianism which eventually leads to totalitarianism. People need freedom to pursue happiness. Happiness produces things. It builds purpose. Control does not produce things, it forces things. This removes purpose. Lack of purpose decays humanity.

Even when people do not know they are ruled over, they will eventually know. History repeats itself. Although they may never know the meaning of freedom, it will lead to future power struggles which could speed up human-extinction. Dire weapons result in more severe circumstances. Survival is the challenge of human existence. Humanity has a limited time before the next major asteroid or the sun's removal of its habitable green zone where organic life is allowed to survive (which is extremely rare throughout the entire universe). People do not understand the scale of rarity their life is. Lastly, when a small number of people make decisions for the masses, things only go wrong because of factors they cannot see nor comprehend by scale. There is a lot to life humans cannot conceptualize or comprehend. Not even the most sophisticated AI could comprehend, even with shortcuts. Humans are still immature and naive which ultimately will highly likely lead to human extinction unless people build and grow (perhaps build and grow alongside their interstellar neighbors).

The Balanced Human Future I Want to Build

My vision of the world seems unique aparently. I believe it's very important to address this so I took the time to write a post on it.

I believe it is necissary to say I want a world that is balanced with both the value of having physical spaces and digital technology. An example can be having a physical movie house to watch movies with others (like cinemas in the 90s) instead of only having the option to watch a movie alone in VR, AR, or at home alone (like today). Balance is a key componemt in my vision for the future. Having a balance of the new and the old. It's building a vision with humans, that's human-centeic, and with limited or non-centric AI and robots. I want a future with organic humans. Humans with improved ethics (like teaching Doutoku-ethics in Japan schools but in US schools), with improved unity, collaboration, and greater respect for each other. I want a respect for nature and a respect for organic human life. I want people to have a sense of seeing others as having a lack of ethics to merge the natural organic human body with robotics, cybernetics, and transhumanism; or for humans becoming fully integrated with robots or digital technologies. Instead, I believe humans should have apatures they can wear so that they can compete with AI, new intelligent technologies, and methods of using higher intelligence. In my vision of the future, humans remain human and organic and build greater technologies as external apartures like eye gear, head gear, XR (VR and AR) and mental reading technologies to improve technological and human intelligence advancement. If it was up to me, I would make a hat or head band that allows AI and intelligent technologies to communicate back and fourth from the headband device and to one's brain and neurons, with zero implants, which allows humans to boost their intelligence into extremely highly evolved intelligence levels. I want people to see it as unethical to having a future where people are alone in VR and not with other humans, where robots and AI substitute for real people. I want a future where people respect each other, have ethics, and have a balance with interaction of the physical world and the digital world. An example can be building a culture where people never to be on their phones or digital devices when in the company of others, and to enjoy time with other people while visiting physical space and to respect and be personally responsible and balanced when in the digital space and immersed in digital technologies. Doing this, people will have the best of both the physical world and the digital world. With this vision, they can build a greater world for the future generations. That is the future I want to create.

Operation Saturn Iron

Operation Saturn Iron

Operation Saturn Iron is an asteroid retrieval operation system for orbital manufacturing. The space program can use manned and unmanned systems, platforms, and hardware to collect asteroids from around our solar system starting with asteroids around Saturn's orbit. With the use of live systems, I want to call the Hyperloop Communication System, drones can be manned using operators or artificial intelligence. Both humans and artificial intelligence can work along side each other to minimalize negative situations, maintain security, and perform optimal tasks. These drones and systems can then collect the asteroids and transfer them to an orbital deposit depos (or depositories) for orbital smelting facility to convert the resources into materials. Note the use of gravity, intertia, and relativity can be used to lock asteroids in an orbit to timely feed into orbiting smelting (and refining) facilities and systems without the use of hardware-vehicles. These materials can then be brought back to an orbital warehouse or base facility, orbiting around Earth or Mars, using something called an 'orbital track'. An orbital track is like an interstellar highway or convayor belt with no markings. It is a system of measurements or geographic-position coordinates (perhaps even axises for complex navigation situations) in which platforms, communication methods, and hardware can use or be locked, using gravity, inertia and intersteller-body relativity, to transfer materials. There can be an established and notmalized universal axis in which is used for this orbital track system. The 'obital track' or 'solar highway' is used in a dynamic system which navigates and orbits the sun and interstellar bodies (planets). It can include a planet's orbits and gravity as a normal and casual method of travel. Using this system of navigation, we can also retrieve other asteroids who come close or within a certain range to our solar system. An option for asteroids at long ranges can be prepositioned mining facilities or 'catch systems' orbiting around our solar system on standby to collect interstellar bodies for resources. Another option is to have very fast, teleporting, or an alternate advance method of travel (perhaps bending gravity) that is near instant. Once an asteroid is collected, this system of gravity, inertia, and relativity can create a calculated trajectory for collecting and mining solutions adding them to the nearest orbiting smelting or collection depos/ depositories. A way to step back and invision this system is a conveyor belt of floating asteroids around the solar system, without the conveyor, in a carefully planned, timed, and calculated live mining operation. When materials are collected and sent down this orbital track, it is then collected in material collection facilities near Earth and Mars and used for space manufacturing. With the use of space manufacturing, many methods to create stronger metals, materials, and structures can exist. The natural heat of the sun can create extremely hot temperatures and the void of space can be used to create insane temperatures and pressures. This can alter material structures to create 'super material structures' which can then be used back on Earth as 'super materials' (don't forget to include with the added use of frequencies or quantum-micro frequencies) These materials can then be used to make super-mega-structures in cities where cities layers can be created and stacked on each other which can support billions of more humans, farms, and manufacturing (hopefully these stacked or layered urban developments will still have access to sun otherwise we would need to create super strong transparent materials; perhaps even super-synthetic materials). With the use of super materials, urban infrastructure can be made to last thousands or hundreds of thousands of years, requiring specialized hardware for deconstruction.

Now how will machines, cameras, drones, and manned-drones systems and platforms handle these operations in real-time? This comes back to my idea of Hyperloop communications. Hyperloop Communication Systems is a communication methodnthat needs to be created using the fourth loop hypothesis with magnetic monopole technology, zero-point energy technology, over-unity systems, and using the 'Either' quantum energy dimension (space-time energy; magnetic fluid energy; waves in a universal magnetic medium; electro-magnetic power and electro-magnetic force) to create communication methods capable of real-time live tools. With the creation of these tools, interstellar mining, even the collection of space debris and other advanced technologies, operations will all be live and instant. Yhis means future careers will be in space, humanity will grow, and an impressive space manufacturing industry will be born to create interstellar or interdimentional or extra-dimensional tools and hardware to travel beyond the limits of our imaginations. This is Operation Saturn Iron.

Original Ideas vs Purely Original Ideas

Original Ideas vs Purely Original Ideas

Many people claim mixing two or more ideas creates an original idea. At the surface level this might be true; however, how do you make a purely original idea? In my belief a purely original idea is simply an idea or concept that when you try to define, explain, or describe it to people, especially higher intellectual individuals, there is nothing to correlate it with. To alternatively iterate, an idea is purely original when you do not have concepts in reality and fantasy to explain or correlate it with. How do you make purely original ideas? This concept could perhaps divide artists, but I have come up with my own method of imagining purely original ideas. In the past I have discussed abstraction. To iterate, I believe through abstraction and the visualization of abstract patterns, shapes, and lines and letting your brain try to interpret and make sense of pattern, shapes, and designs, people can imagine new and original ideas. An example of this is looking at clouds, ceiling-texture patterns, fire, smoke, ocean water, hardwater, or abstract art with a mix of curvy and noncurvy lines, textures, and elements. This can be a method to formulating purely original ideas through abstraction. I found many of my purely original ideas came from lucid dreams. Other ideas that helped me come up with purely original ideas is from daydreaming, resting with a wild imagination, less often listening to music, or simply walking around or pacing as if in a mental-trance-focused-state while letting all ideas and abstractions filter through my mind. Although seemingly absurd, sometimes I feel the universe, higher power, or some sort of force influences or passes-though my thoughts. Perhaps having a consciousness and an intuned-imagination is the root to purely original ideas and concepts. It would be fun to have the idea that through imagination I can tap into some greater conscious, force, or information being funneled, captured, passed-through or given to me from the universe or some interdimensional force or entity. This could be the result of irregular mental processes or a hyper and extremely-refined-through-lifelong-practice imagination. I have many ideas I have written that I do not know how to explain to the average person. When I try to explain them, people look at me as if I am crazy or get confused so I gave up talking to others about these thing and write the ideas or concepts down instead for perhaps later interpretation.

Perhaps a method could be using a backwards approach, such as describing something with an interpretable 'open-container' methods. This means there is no real idea or concept, but instead you simple try to define it as many ways you can. Perhaps removing the process of interpretation can help also and instead you let an idea mold and form without definition. Another method can be starting with an end goal and forming a non-defined path or an expression of nonsense-wordplay on how to get there. These methods would likely exclude very logical thinkers and would be more for artists and designers who are more active in a creative or imagination-using state of mind.

On the subject or entertainment, it would be interesting to see how purely original ideas can help games, movies, art, and creative visual expression and storytelling. I personally see the entertainment world of today as sterilized, unoriginal, and overall uninspiring. I think if people learned or refined ways to be purely original, entertainment and creative content could be taken to new levels leading to improved culture, visions, and purpose.

In the reality of AI, I see a lot of what AI does is taken from existing concepts. AI can build new concepts by only taking what already exists. I do not believe AI can create purely original ideas; however, it may come close.

Id like to think there could be a process that can be created for the sake of brainstorming purely original ideas and concepts; perhaps a way to tap into this realm of thought. If methods arise, perhaps it can unleash a new renaissance of visions, ideas, and inventions.

Defensive AI, AI-laws, and the Human Preservation

With all the dangers of AI, I believe we need a defensive AI solution. This can be AI that distorts, manipulates, or prevents AI from functioning properly or carrying out its tasks. It's simply AI to combat AI. Perhaps like an AI virus for other AI. Using this method, perhaps can have an AI-law within itself to do everything possible to protect humans and preserve human-made content. We can also perhaps allow this AI to continuously learn to the point it needs no human interactivity or input. If this tool becomes effective, we can preserve the human experience and integrity and limit the scope and influence of AI. I like the idea of AI-laws. Perhaps AI can abide by AI-only laws to limit AI and improve and preserve the human experience and growth.

Democratized Labor Force

A Democratized Labor Force is an idea I came up with for improving businesses and employment. It's a term that illustrates the concept of a unique work force style or concept. A Democratized Labor Force means a work force where workers have a say in the way a business operates. They offer suggestions and ideas to their boards and their boards grant them a level of consideration, implementation, and autonomy when they perform their jobs. The main idea is that, as long as workers do their job and meet non-instranious metrics and maintain safety protocols, they are given autonomy in their jobs. This gives a labor force the ability to develop work-centered communities, work culture, and hopefully result in taking pride in their work. Hopefully this allows employees and staff to grow and and further their careers. Essentially, work becomes a community.

With this structure, leadership can blend with lower level workers and a business is homogenized resulting in a semi-workplace collective. This even allows lower level workers to suggest ideas and advocate for large decisions which brings a business to a single goal of making better products and profits.

Employees can advocate for specific benefits and amenities where a business can designate a road map to help make employees happy and maintain employee satisfaction which rewards productivity. An example can be an on-sight day care for children, better medical benefits, perhaps even a day where a business offers activities and games to bring their employees together. I thought it would be fun to have nerf battles at a jobsite. Its probably the best way to bring co-workers together and get to know each other on a more deeper and authentic level. Employees can also advocate for better training, perhaps even the use of virtual reality training. Perhaps find solutions to make tasks become addicting as if playing a video game.

I think the idea of a Democratized Laborforce could bring stability and pride back to the workforce where employees aren't just treated like a number, but part of a community and something that grows.
