I personally think such a system is perfect for confined, circumstantial, or mass habitation.  If I may also be a geek, I think this is the perfect system for interstellar, dimensional or even hyper dimensional travel. • Often, it seems people live for money because of survival if not the accumulation of wealth or status. A lot of people say money is the root of all evil.  I think the root of evil is not money but man who is the root of money. 

• Referring to relationships, it seems it's possible for a female to fall in love with her perception of a guy or what she sees in a guy then to really understand or examine what a guy is really like. 

• While driving around the city, I see a lot of hard working people; however, I question their happiness. I also think and question the system in which they operate. 

• Under the constraints of survival or such a strict system I dare ask if we are truly free. 

• In relation to relationships, it seems females are always attracted to guys they have preference too; however, what if a change in preference? Or, to seek those opposite of preference?

• If I may explain something perhaps abstract and hard for me to explain, I would like to state that I believe it’s possible for a person to be traumatized by an event in which they can be blamed, have done wrong, or at fault and be treated as if done something further criminal by others even though the situation is of lesser degree. Depending on such a situation, I believe perhaps the wrong doing should have equal punishment as the severity of the event. It is wrong to treat the person at fault as if the severity of the situation is much greater. In addition, I also think that emotions should be set aside through the moderation of punishment. I believe there should be rationality when seeing the faults of another. Where there is wrong doing, there is the opportunity to learn, to seek forgiveness, and to have the opportunity to find humility in oneself and to become a better person. I think it’s right for others to treat another with dignity, compassion and rationality for understanding their faults. In doing so, they should understand everyone makes mistakes. It's with good intentions to see things the way the other person at fault sees it by putting oneself in their situation. Furthermore, I believe a thief should not be treated or trialed with the magnitude as a murderer for if so should be labeled as a tyrant. 

• In life, it's an extremely good idea to talk to everyone and befriend everyone. Even if you discover who’s your enemies or are constantly rejected. I also want to state that having many rejections could hopefully make you feel invulnerable to rejection. 

• In life I dislike expectation, because if I don’t become what people expect of me, it will lead to a negative self-image, disappointment or contradictory to who I am. I do things because it makes me happy. I don’t do things to please others. Instead, I would rather be appreciated for what I do and create than to be held with an expectation of what I should do or doing something what people expect of me; especially with expectations from what mainstream society is engineered to think what I should do.  

• One should prize their own weakness and vulnerabilities and use it as a base in which to accept, move forward, and uplift themselves. 

• Evil often has no face and for that reason, one can find evil by following the footsteps of manipulation, greed, and corruption. 

• I think it could be important to acknowledge social fabrication where society becomes a machine as people are engineered for specific tasks with the idea of freedom but are only used as fuel in a machine designed to run by those in greater power. It’s without doubt that for me each life has it’s relevance and significance where in a social machine a person feels like a common number. I guess a good idea to help understand is if a person is thrown into the wilderness or an island alone, one will find the significance, uniqueness and how precious their life really is. I believe no one should think of themselves as useless or insignificant. There is so much more meaning in one’s life then being part of the social machine where everyone is fabricated to think and act a certain way. In conclusion everyone’s life is different, unique, important and does not have to cater to the desires and expectation of mainstream social norms. 

• In life, everything has a balance. This includes the consumption of materialistic goods. I need not state that there is so much more to life than consuming products. I believe the consumption of goods should be for the use of how a goods and products should improve one’s life or be used to perhaps be share and make memories.

• Wherever there is conflict, it’s always best to find resolution. I believe the foundation to every conflict is due to misunderstanding, mistreatment, insecurities, or habit. Life is short; conflicts are insignificant compared to seeing the world as a whole.

• I believe there is much more science to discover when learning about static, gravity, and frequency. Perhaps more in-depth, waves (maybe radio waves), harmonics, magnetism, electromagnetism, and maybe the various forms of radiation.

I beleive a rational mind resolves through communication, keeping themselves posotive and proving they are of higher standards, or ignoring another person on purpose if necissary (possibly as a last resort).

I beleive if a society removes the threat of physical violence then it will be perhaps a much more coppertive , and cabale of finding less harmful or productive alernatives to resolution.

Nevertheless, if there are signs or evidence of corruption, always seek the information that is discredited, unmentioned, or from journalistic sources directly. Then one can either disprove the information or further one's understanding. For it's with the disproval of that which is false one will find the truth.

• Common among old females, nonstop nagging or endlessly complaining is inexcusable. Those who nag present the worst of evils as it demotivates, tortures, and mentally abuses others. Those who nag deserve no attention.

• I do believe females and males can be the best fo friends; however, if a male has urges, it's best to obtain a dedicated sense of moral or mental discipline.

• Never mistreat anyone. Every person is their own story. Everyone is to respected even if seeming they do not deserve it. Respect all. After all that person could the person you could be later relying on, helping you, or put in a position to save your life.

• It's my opinion that moral discipline is an essential for everyone. This will guide or help others with habits, lustful desires, or the negative aspects of human nature.

A good way to learn wisdom is through philosophy. Learning to be a Confucian, will give them the tools to obtain a personal sense of wisdom. It is in wisdom that one can be a tool for a healthy society.

• If a person is a worldly inspiration, for example Michel Jackson, it’s best to congratulate and to appreciate him when he’s still alive than when he’s deceased and possibly turned into a symbolic or historic icon. Even if he is an idol that disappoints many when alive, he should be still appreciated, respected, and if possible corrected as a form of humility within himself. I find it relevant that one should be appreciating in what one does if they bring joy to others.

• I believe its proper to not act through emotions. I also think it’s proper to not appeal to the emotion but to act in consideration to another’s emotions. I believe when approaching emotions, it’s best to tell the truth in the most polite manner possible. In Japanese tradition it’s rude to say no directly. I find this approach very polite. A good way is to approach such an negative emotional response with a sincere and long-rough explanation. An example of this can be also by giving a prelude to the negative explanation. Furthermore, the focus should be on truths and what applies or has affects to the physical world than to cater to an individual’s emotions. Therefore, cater to truths and not so much emotions.

• Parents are the most critical figures in societies, it is them who need to have wisdom and to be an example for their children and others. The level of importance for a parent is critical and should be more of a priority.

• I believe all the ideas for entertainment is great and perhaps inspirational; however, I believe there should be a way that average or even people that cannot find ways to easily display their ideas should have a way to be able to show off their ideas. 

• Care more for the truth or doing what right or needs to be done than caring more about another’s emotions; nevertheless, do so in kind/ sincere consideration of another’s emotions.

• It is wise, during important situations, to not to make a hasty decision, give yourself some time to think. Think about the pros, cons, affect, consequences, and what decision will be more beneficial in the long run.

• Highly controversial: I believe sex should be kept until after marriage. In today’s society I believe this has become rare; therefore, I propose that if sexual desire were to arise and if there is no moral discipline, it should be limited to touching and oral only. I believe all sexual penetration regarding the male sex organ into the female sex organ should be prohibited and respected for it is the tools to creating possible life. One can find alternate ways to pleasure those they seek lustful desires with rather than the use of human sexual tools that could mistakenly create possible life. Although I understand such an action is immoral and possibly indecent, I find it a good idea if one doesn’t have sexual-moral discipline. It is possible that after one has sexual intercourse for the first time, it could become an addiction, habit, or a common desire. Keeping sex until after marriage, one will have a connection with their spouse that with age will improve as both partners become better over time. I believe this will help the marriage stay together. In addition, to keep one’s virginity is to keep one’s purity. I believe purity is a virtue for heaven. To be pure, is to keep a promise to oneself that one desires to bind themselves for life through marriage. In conclusion, I believe those without sexual restraint or moral discipline should only use pleasuring acts with the use of touching or oral activities than to use sexual-organ penetrative intercourse. This is my suggestion for those who do not have sexual restraint or moral discipline and to prevent undesired births.

• Controversial: My regards about female to female intercourse is indeed controversial, because I believe since there’s no essential tools to create potential life, it shouldn’t be considered as much as a big deal aside from moral reasoning. I believe it should be seen as being a part of a sisterhood or hormonal experimentation.

• Controversial: I question the idea if nudity should be considered indecent when seen in public. I believe certain places should experiment or allow nudity, such as certain swimming pools, saunas, parks, lakes, rivers, out in nature, and possibly around a person’s home or in one’s vehicle. I also believe that perhaps it should be considered in days of high heat or humidity. I believe society should become tolerant of nudity and should have the moral-discipline to ignore it or think nothing of it. There should be a more profound respect, and perhaps respectable admiration for a person’s bare body as it should be seen as a symbol of humility. If one were to show their body out of being lewd or disrespectful to others around them, then they should be covered. Nudity should be a natural thing and not sexually arousing.

• Controversial: one should make known of their sexual comforts when engaging in sexual activities. Their partner should respect the sexual comforts of another. Doing so shows respect, honesty, and sexual-moral discipline.

• Speak the truth as a moral obligation. Be the rebel of correction and truth. Do so politely with consideration and respect.

• I believe it is within moral-discipline to not jump to aggression when one does one wrong. If silence is necessary, than do so. If one can forgive, do so for it is most honorable.

• I believe it is with respect and civility that one should not raise their voice to another. A problem is sure to have a solution. One can state the level of their aggression without violence or even the lifting of their voice. This is to show civility and respect for others. Nevertheless, I can agree to the possible acception that if one needed to express their anger because of an unimaginable outrage or to state a truth.

• It is my opinion that profanity is almost always unnecessary. It does however help alleviate stress and tension. If possible, have respect for those around you by not using profanity; especially around children.

• Referring to entertainment, I believe that perhaps things should not always considered going to the extreme. I'm sure one can find delight in what's simple.

• I believe a person should have respect for that which can be considered boring, old, or outdated. The reason being is perhaps because of the understanding of that of a different time period where mentality and perhaps innocence was different. 

• I think it's a good idea to consider what society in the past considered unimaginable, because that which is evil, terrifying, and saddening today should be considered with great sincerity. For example, a hurricane hits and although it happens frequently, it shouldn't go ignored.

• For children (not sure; possible theoretical ideas from a male’s position): Give one’s children the goals to be a doctor, lawyer, engineer, or something big they could be possibly good at. This will give the child incentive (possibly to fulfil a parental expectation early in life). Later in life, suggest them to be whatever they are good at or desire. Don’t demand and push for them to be what you want or what they want. Let them decide. Referring to parents, never fight in front of the children, channel frustrations into something productive. Never say to your children “whenever you need to talk, I’m here.” Instead say nothing. Respect your child and let wisdom speak through the silence. This has the possibility to have the child open up to you without a sense of obligation, allowing the child to talk freely and possibly about anything.  I suggest a good idea would be to take your children places, like go fishing and politely refrain from conversation as if with another respectable individual. When they do speak, reply through wisdom, tell them what you think without imposing on their decisions. Through this they will learn their own sense of wisdom and moral judgment, this will also gain their desire to open up to you and come to you as a parent for advice or guidance. If they make the wrong decision, tell them what you would do in their situation. If it cannot be helped because they refuse to act out of good judgment then allow the child to make mistakes and live with the consequences. After they learn, they will more than likely be sure to desire your help. Be sure to help them pick themselves back up. When a child becomes a teenager and has a change in attitude, distance yourself as the teenager is no longer a child and is their own individual. Keep in mind once they enter the adult world, they should be respected and to be treated as if they are their own individual.

• I believe seeing how far you can push things or doing things because someone lets you can be a mistreatment of moral judgment. The saying by Confucius, "treat people the way you want to be treated" should be taken into consideration.

• It's with friendship that friends can be as strange, outrageous, and open to doing anything (without the problem of being externally judged (as if being judged by a stranger) or the harming of one's personal image) as they want.

• It's with moral-discipline to overlook another's flaws, imperfections, habits, and even annoyances.

• The utilization of politeness can help a person distance themselves from another. This is useful for politely getting personal space or even giving a hint or an indirect response that something is in need of correction.

• To be a true friend to the opposite gender is to ignore natural male urges or impure thoughts. In addition, one can even find their friendship with the opposite gender deepened when understanding the opposite gender's emotions, preferences, and culture. Instead of pushing away from that which one does not like or find uninteresting, be honest, respectable and embrace the differences of interest rather than reject it. Perhaps later in life, one will find such a connection with one's daughter and will have to learn to embrace such differences later in life.

• It's my belief any person should act the way they want, dress the way they want, and be seen the way they want. If a male wants to act feminine or a female wants to act masculine, then allow them to do so. Such an image could be because of personality or hormonal experimentation or culture-related trends. In the future, the individual can be self-corrected or subject to personal changes. It's my opinion that as bizarre another may be, one should respect another and treat them as they would treat themselves. I believe such a difference or imperfection in another should be overlooked and respected (because they are their own story). Everyone is human and subject to personal opinions. No one has the right to physically judge another. After all, they are human, we all are.

• I give myself the ultimate question. What constitutes morality and why do we need it? The only answer I can find is scientific. To prevent chaos, pain, and death we should have morals. This guarantees the survival of a specie. It's my opinion that even animals can have morals. For example, a mother bird doesn't eat her offspring or messes with another creature that is potentially harmful. Therefore, I believe morals are a byproduct of survival.

• I find it interesting how certain animals, such as a cat for example, is very cautious around objects and creatures they do not know about. They avoid that which they do not know or understand. Once they familiarize with that creature or object they learn to avoid it or coexist with it. I believe this could also be a reference of wisdom for people. We should have caution of that we do not know or understand; however over time we can become familiar with it and learn to understand instead of fearing it. Perhaps this idea will be of use when understanding the mysteries of space and beyond.

• I believe the world needs philosophers, even after all philosophic possibilities have been discovered, because it's from critically thinking,questioning and thinking beyond is the key to revolutionizing thinking and the creation of more innovative solutions, ideas, and sciences.

• It is simple to judge or blame those who are lacking in intelligence and reasoning; however, it's with self judgment for one not to teach them. If one is in the position to teach, it's my opinion one should. With a raise in intelligence, a raise in prosperity.

True Colors



In speech class I came across a system in which is able to determine an individuals personality, stressors, and possible career choices. This system is called True colors. There are four true colors: yellow (gold), blue, green, and red (or orange). Each color has distinct characteristics in which a person can determine which one fits their personality type. Often one can have two colors as some of their personality can share traits from other colors. I will share the properties of each color and you will have to decide which color best fits your personality.

Yellow (Gold), "The Organized Way"





Stabilized, Responsible, Conservative, Needs policies, procedures and rules, values orders and status quo, well organized, needs to be prepared, seeks closure, values traditions, follows through, detail oriented, respects authority, strives a sense of security, prefers a structured environment, plans ahead, dependable and reliable, consistent and predictable, thorough, values membership, strong sense of "right and wrong".

Workplace environment: "I am most comfortable at a worksite that is structured, giving me a sense of efficiency, and permanence. I like worksites where my space is well defined. Worksites with large clocks, bulletins boards with schedules, and specified rewards for accomplishment raise my confidence and performance level. I look forward to work where my supervisors reward colleagues."

The ideal "Organized Way" is Environment: Ordered, permanent, efficient, collaborative, secure and safe, maintenance and status quo, predicable routines, credit for work accomplished, sincere appreciation, identification with group, standard operating procedures, minimal conflict.

Strengths the "Organized Way" brings to the work environment: Good at management, realistic, practical, decisive, follows rules, policies, and procedures, brings a planned, organized approach to the task, dependable for follow through, thorough and precise, especially with detail, focus on what needs to be done, establish policies, rules, and schedules.

Blue, "The Relationship Way"

Relates well with others, expresses feelings, sincere and authentic, people- oriented, expresses appreciation and approval, values self discovery, cooperates well with others, maintains high integrity, values personal relationship, good group and team participant, growth oriented, inspirational, empathetic, seeks harmony, encourages others, sensitive to others needs, trusting, adaptable, compassionate, influential.

Workplace environment: "I am most comfortable in a work environment that allows for personal interaction, individual creativity, and expression. Worksites centered in discussion where supervisors and employees work together and share decision making build by my self confidence and give me a chance to grow and work with other employees with whom I will form long lasting relationships."

The idea "relationship way" is environment: Interactive, personal, friendly and social, relaxing and unstructured, freedom of expression, democratic relationships, freedom form control and detail, opportunity to verbalize proposals, opportunity for social recognition.

Strengths the "relationship way" brings to the work environment: They are sensitive to the needs of people, give people all the time they need, see possibilities, meanings, relationships, effective in getting people to work together, draw out the best in people, sensitive to organizational climate, work  with and through people, communicate organizational norms, insightful and charismatic, understanding and compassionate.

Suggested career choices: Care provider, career coach, councilor, family lawyer, flight attendant, home tutor, human services worker, hypnotherapist, minister, pediatrician, public relations specialist, recreational leader, sign language interpreter, social worker, teacher, team building consultant, tour guide, training specialist, travel agent, writer.



Green, "The Logical Way"

Inquisitive, theoretical and conceptual, can never know enough, needs independence, intellectual and insightful, seeks "big picture", appreciates complexity, appears calm, cool ,collected, logical and rational, persistent, explores all facets before making a decision, inventive, needs time to think, standard setter, visionary and futurist, analytical, competent and knowledgeable, seeks information, uses systematic approach, enjoys solving problems.

Workplace environment: "I am most comfortable in a work environment which is unstructured and creative. I like to sit by myself and think without noise or intrusion. I also like working with coworkers that model highly creative successful endeavors done by teams of scientists, engineers, and technicians working together."

The ideal "logical way" is environment: unstructured, high tech and scientific, challenging and innovative, flexible as to time and organization, permits independent work, involves problem solving, innovation, and exploration, permits debate and discussion, provides clearly defined performance expectations, values quality and accuracy, opportunity to demonstrate expertise, control over those factors that affect their performance, recognition for specific skills and accomplishments.

Strengths the "logical way" brings to the work environment: Focus on mission of organization, build conceptual frameworks or systems, look at the world and see possibilities, examine consequences analytically and impersonally, architects of change, set high standards, can see the core of complex issues and problems, see the large picture.

Red (or orange), "The Action Way"

Action Oriented, adventuresome, likes challenges, gets immediate results, competitive, likes variety, needs freedom, able to act in crisis, great negotiator, decisive and quick to act, quick witted and humorous, likes tangible rewards, risk taker, high need for mobility, takes initiative, seeks high visibility, direct communicator, spontaneous, appears confident.

Workplace Environment: "I am most confident in a workplace that is unstructured and challenging. I like movement and high energy. I need freedom to move ahead and get things done. I like to make things happen. I can spot problems as they arise. I am good at negotiating agreements or plans of actions."

The ideal "action way" is environment: action oriented, new and varied activities, provides power and authority, provides prestige and challenge, opportunities for individual accomplishments, wide scope of operations, give direct answers, opportunity for advancement, freedom from control and supervision, unstructured and flexible, exciting and dynamic.

Strengths the "action way" brings to the work environment: immediate response to problems, run organization to meet current needs, handle crisis situations, see what's negotiable, ingenious and resourceful, direct and straight forward, know how to expedite things, a practice approach to concrete problems willing to take risks, looks at the world and sees facts and realities, ability to do a variety of tasks simultaneously, sense of urgency when situation demands it.

Suggested career choices: Actor, auto mechanic, bartender, carpenter, chef, chiropractor, comedian, commercial artist, cosmetologist, cruise director, fashion illustrator, fire fighter, helicopter pilot, interior designer, lobbyist, market specialist, media relations specialist, mediator, musician, paramedic, property manager, travel consultant, trial lawyer.

Things I Would Like To Do As A Political Leader

I have always told myself if I was a political leader, what type of world I would like to imagine. What kind of laws would I make today?

I don't know if this is right; however, over time I will probably make another list with more corrected ideas. This is my first draft of a list of things I would do as a political leader or president.

1.       Limit free trade and instigate growth of products made in the US.

2.       Give more power to local governments. Move towards more of a republic system.

3.       Give incentives to businesses and business growth.

4.       Create a more simplified flat tax system. Also find ways for the government to give back to the people to promote confidence in government. An idea would be for every couple of years, the government gives out free gifts or events in exchange for government participation and appreciation. Another idea I would like to create is using taxes to implement plans that could help benefit every citizen, such as plans for a more beneficial health care system, plans for personal deficits and specific liability payment...ect. Ultimately, I want a system where the government gives back to the people seemingly more than what the people put in.

5.       Give incentives new energy ideas; laws based on psychology and scientific methods; and scientific development. This will also include testing Jacque Fresco's government idea and ideas for a resource-based economy.

6.       Create a free education system. This is using both a single track and multi-track system.

7.       Implement a class with the teachings of world ethical and moral principles and understandings (like the teaching of Confucius, Plato, Buddha, Christianity, Gandhi, and other moral and ethical leaders of the past) so that children can learn what is right from wrong and wisdom of life at an early age and what it takes to succeed in life.

8.       Incorporate a new decision and congressional communication system where the average individual can look and give suggestions on refining existing laws for voter consideration. Use this system also to enact a simple summery explaining a blueprint or diagram of every law in simple English to where a child can understand using videos and visual elements. Make our law making system simplified and intractable for average individuals.

9.       Instigate a body that puts high priority for personal freedoms, privacy, and perusing happiness in a manner that every individual desires that does not impose on each other.

10.   Enforce privacy by not tracking GPS signals, not monitoring internet or electronic devices, or anything else without a court sepina or a notice telling the individual so.

11.   Fund an agency/organization of modern non-bias philosophers for ethical decision making in every state. 

12.   Fund a new agency dedicated to government investigations and to dissolve conspiracies. Every state will have an agency of their own and will come together if there is a problem in Washington. This agency is the war hammer of any litigation, conspiracy, or hint of corruption. It will bring any conspiracy or form of corruption to light which will then be passed to the representatives of every state.

13.   Release all critical or extraterrestrial intelligence for enthusiasts and those who desire to know. This includes information in regards to full transparency for journalists and media outlets. All intelligence regarded to be secret should also be released and done so with the use of agreements and confines of the law or more secure circumstances to ensure no information leak (ultimately everything is determined by how badly do you want to know and if one is willing to take the measures to protect the information).

14.    Build up the borders. Pay private individuals or local governments to build up the borders.

15.   Examine the prison system and come up with a better plan of incarceration and revise all inmate who are incarcerated to see if they deserve incarceration (such as letting go of those with minor felonies). Another idea would be to separate inmates and relocating them to specified incarceration facilities depending on their offense, perhaps in hope to promote a less violent or inhumane institutionalized environment.

16.   Stop crimes with the use of scientific methods, such as psychology, neurology, and sociology.

17.   Give families incentives for raise children properly (families with both parents).

18.   Build a bullet train system throughout the US. Build a walk path with occasional shopping districts through the US. Ultimately, make a transportation system not limited to vehicles and airplanes.

19.   Create a nation and state ID that can be used for voting, transportation, and identification (and that cannot be stolen or used by another individual).

20.   Instigate new methods for protecting identity, credit, and person income. Seek corrupt businesses and take them to court. (Crack down anyone who disrupts personal freedoms.)

21.    Set a date and make all illegals before that date a citizen and stop the further flow of illegal immigrants.

22.    Politicians get no money from lobbyists (maybe; or until negotiations are made public) and are limited of two terms.

23.   lower the cost of building homes, rent, and products.

24.   Raise standards and wealth among farmers and build a surplus of food production.

25.   Put the dollar back on the gold standard by making a gold surplus over a long period of time.

26.   Develop a more secure national defense along with a global defense.

27.   Enabling undesired orphans to join scientific or military institutions at an early age.

28.   Set up a system where we can further move towards more complex systems and futurist ideas and developments.

29.   Implement drug facilities for those who desire to use illegal substances. Permit the allowance of marijuana and harmless illegal substances with a list of required regulations. An example such as not allowing individuals to elicit substance in public or near children.

30.   (maybe) Create a leniency for unnecessary traffic violations and implement the use of vehicular communication technologies.  Ex. Create a system where if a person is late or has an emergency to allow other vehicles to allow the speeding vehicle to pass them by.

31.   Create a system for unused food production from supermarkets and restaurant don't throw food away. Instead, create a new government run facility that will allow families and individuals in poverty to get food for extremely cheap prices. (Second change to hunger foundation)

32.   Enable flying vehicles, regulated with technologies that pertain to national and individual safety.

33.   (highly controversial/ debatable/maybe, if desired) Because of sex trafficking, I came up with an idea to make a specific law-regulated contract allowing the use of personal care or owning of another or apprenticeship with the use of heavy regulations. Regulations such as the contracted individual can be granted certain freedoms. If their freedoms are impose on, their guardian/contractor will be subject to custodial terminations. The desired apprentice/ contractee has the freedom to choose to be contracted or not. I think it's best that contracts should be updated annually. Such contracts will include mandatory and exceptional living conditions, education, health and labor standards. To summarize, this is for individuals that desire to be taken on a as apprentices or to allow themselves to be taken care of by another with the use of contracts which is regulated by heavy lawful conditions.

34.   (controversial) Allow the use of prostitution with strict regulations regards to health, hygiene, personal protection and to solicit their services in designated area that has no children-related facilities, institutions or businesses.

35.   Create massive reserves designated for no human development or tampering with nature.

36.   Simplify the federal grant system for individuals and businesses to receive funding within 2 weeks.

37.   Switch our entire government to be caught up with modern standards of computerized technologies as well as simplified physical filing methods.

38.   Maybe make a limited (for four to six years) production of easy to manufacture federally funded cars and give them to college graduates.

39.   (maybe) Make a different system for high school graduates or college students to live within a different circumstance to where their expenses are cut exponentially. This is if housing expenses or previous plans cannot be cut or implemented (Maybe this can be a plan that a person can later pay for by paying taxes).

40.   (maybe) Promote the renovation and job expansion to old and forgotten towns, if their community approves. Allow small towns to petition and possibly implement their own unique features that can be made functional in cooperation to universal laws. This is to make small towns more attractive and open to trying new ideas to expand personal freedoms and lifestyles. For example, a small town petitioning then implementing their own traditions or ethical lifestyles. A crazy idea such as a town desiring to be like the renaissance fair where this becomes the norm.

41. Invest in infrastructure, such as the renovations of roads and bridges. I would also incorporate new technologies such as solar powered electronic roads throughout America. I would put all power lines underground in a secure, protected, and accessible enclosure beside roads. I would also invest in the design of more scenic routes, highway art, and other ideas that could make traveling exciting outside city limits; for example, using road bumps to play music, using side rails to display animated graphics, or decorate tunnel systems. I would also invest in paved paths that run from city to city throughout the United States for people to travel by foot or bicycle. 

42. I would invest in machines that filter pollution from cities and turn them into sources of energy or fuels. 
43. I would invest in public-use underground hyper transport systems. 
44. I would focus on developing, redesigning, and protecting the grid. 
45. I would make the use of wifi free for everyone throughout the country. 
46. I would allow for the carry of firearms only with a valid permit. Allow for military grade rifles and non-explosive/ projectile weaponry to be sold to the public. Only permit sales and issue permits to carry with the use of extensive background checks and mental illness and criminal evaluations. 

47. Implement a system where people can rent a portion of a city or public location and take care of it or decorate it to their liking. For example, a person rents out a park or a public highway. They can then decorate it or take care of it for a limited number of days before it returns to the city or owner. 
48. For conflicts and problems around the world, I would use technology to survey ideas, decisions, input or ideas made by the general public, groups of philosophers in major universities, and ideas generated by military or political leaders in order to come up with fully functional strategies to help eliminate conflicts and problems around the world. 
49. Replace old military gear, hardware, electronics, machinery, weaponry and vehicles and update it with modern technology. I will also include non electronic components so EMP does not become an issue. 
50. I would make it so that military-like armed forces cannot train or conduct military exercise around public areas, towns, or cities. In the event of civil conflict, such forces cannot engage local militia (militia defined as average or local civil population banning together to protect constitutional rights or patriotic duties). 
51. I would initiate mandatory recycling and refining or reusing of used materials. I would also find new alternatives or develop new technologies for the disposal of harmful substances and materials; or convert these materials into alternative fuels or energies. 
52. I would allow for the disclosure and use of free energy. If the energy industry is harmed by this action then maybe it would be a good idea to have a tax or some sort of payment or return for energy companies (like giving them energy as a form of payment). 
53. (maybe) I would create a new space station or moon base for the further development of space and modern science, space exploration , weapon engineering and entertainment recreations. This idea would also involve the colonization of Mars or Europa. 
54. Further develop medicinal technologies; reexamine current medicines and treatments; provide methods or technologies where individuals can grow or treat their own symptoms (at their expense if desired); and research, discover and rediscover of new medicines and treatments with preexisting and unconventional methods. 
55. Create and allow alternate ways of living and transportation without the use of social security.
66. Maybe create an organization that investigates identity theft, bank account fraud, and other seemingly financial frauds to which law enforcement, banks, and other financial institutions seemingly fail to take action from. The purpose of this organization is to seek, track, and hold to justice those who feed on fraudulence and corruptions.

67. I would remove income tax and have only a flat sales tax with a fixed tax percent for different wealth bracket. 
 

Pursuing Happiness

A recent movie I watched, called The Pursuit of Happyness (2006). This was a movie that moved me so much that it immediately had become one of my favorite movies of all time. The philosophical meaning of the movie is something I will treasure for the rest of my life. To begin, the movie is about a Chris Gardener, played by one of my favorite actors Will Smith, and his son who comes to a point in his life where he struggles to make ends meet and eventually becomes homeless. When things are progressively getting worst Chris Gardener, who is also supporting his son, is constantly fighting for a better life as he struggles to make ends meet. The following quotes that were addressed in this movie, as well as in the book, are more precious to me than gold itself.

“The future was uncertain, absolutely, and there were many hurdles, twists, and turns to come, but as long as I kept moving forward, one foot in front of the other, the voices of fear and shame, the messages from those who wanted me to believe that I wasn't good enough, would be stilled.”

“Others may question your credentials, your papers, your degrees. Others may look for all kinds of ways to diminish your worth. But what is inside you no one can take from you or tarnish. This is your worth, who you really are, your degree that can go with you wherever you go, that you bring with you the moment you come into a room, that can't be manipulated or shaken. Without that sense of self, no amount of paper, no pedigree, and no credentials can make you legit. No matter what, you have to feel legit inside first.”

“It was right then that I started thinking about Thomas Jefferson on the Declaration of Independence and the part about our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And I remember thinking how did he know to put the pursuit part in there? That maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it. No matter what. How did he know that?”

And my most favorite quote:

“Hey. Don't ever let somebody tell you... You can't do something. Not even me. All right?”

“You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period.”

After watching this movie, I can honestly say my life has changed. I look at what others want me to be and do and I decide if it’s right for me. Routinely, I look at where I want to be in life and what I need to do to get there. I will always understand that life will never be easy. There will always be self-doubt and obstacles; however, as long as I can listen and think for myself with clarity, or even have that next step of what needs to be done next, I will continue to work on where I want to be until my goals materialize. When I eventually get there, I imagine the reward will be fruitful and the sacrifice will define my achievement. Until then, it's a bumpy ride.

My Passion for Jrock and Visual Kei

Roughly around 65% of the time when I’m not doing anything or waiting, I’m humming, singing to myself, or playing a song in my head. More than likely it’s Jrock (Japanese Rock or Visual Kei). I have a colossal passion for Japanese rock. I love the beat, the pace, the rhythm, the fashion, the culture, and expression behind the music. When I’m in the shower, I often daydream about being in a Visual Kei band where I’m mostly the singer or on the bass, drums, or guitar. I have developed this passion ever since I began highschool. I use to use Limewire and Kazaa to download the latest and greatest bands rising in Japan. For those familiar with Jrock artists, this was when Larc en ciel became popular, Gazette was raising in popularity. Miyavi stared in a movie, and Dir en Grey was new where Kyo was wearing his white crazy dress shirt and black tie.

When I talk to people that dislike Visual Kei, it mainly for the reason that their guys look like girls and their girls look like guys. However, for someone who sees beyond the physical appearance and looks at the expression the bands portray, I immediately find myself in a world of creativity, a extremely unique and vibrant and entertaining subculture with amazing personality and freedom, with downright hypnotizing, psychotic, and fascinatingly unmatched music that portrays emotions, story, and poetry.

In conclusion, it would be a dream come to true if I could be performing and singing on stage doing the crazy awesome things popular Jrock artists do. Having listened to so many bands and having so many ideas for music, I believe I would never stop making songs and would probably never retire. I would go down singing even in my grave. 

Personality Defects

I personally have a disbelief in the idea of social mental disorders. I believe such mental challenges are personality defects. By socially mental disorder, I mean individuals that act awkward, cannot communicate effectively, have some sort of perceived mental disability or are perceived as socially awkward. Although mental disorders are relevant in the mind, I believe an individual should not be judged or judge themselves based on the idea of being mentally defected. I believe if one perceives themselves as being socially mentally defected will acts or become influenced by their condition and will never have the opportunity to better themselves or get out from that disabled mindset. I believe by thinking one is socially mentally defected they will set themselves up to staying that way if not getting worst over time. For this reason I want to state this condition as a personality disorder, because by looking at it from this angle one will see they do have control over their actions and behavior and can influence a change in themselves to make themselves more socially engaging.

I also believe that those who feel extremely socially awkward should also take in the consideration to be very polite to others. Being polite allows for a sense of humility which puts the perceived individual on such a level that allows them to be socially accepted.  When I meet a person for the first time I can become very shy. Often when I become very shy I cannot communicate effectively. In fact I rather just nod or not say anything at all. When I do say something, I try to be very polite. I do this to distance my insecurities. It also shows humility which can be very influential in some cases. When I become too tired, I also find myself lacking in communication. When this happens I try to retreat in conversation, otherwise I feel like I would be lying, hiding something, or I’m uncertain of myself. I’m not sure why this is, I could perceive this as a neurological disorder, but with a change in environment or attaining of new stimuli I find myself breaking out of that habit. I think this could be a great example of me seeing this as a personality disorder and using that idea to change my mindset.

If I may extend to discussing something more personal regarding the topic, I do find this as an insecurity when looking at females or interacting with peers and individuals of greater status than myself. If I may add more about how I feel towards females, I would like to state that I do feel torn between two worlds when it comes to desiring a female. I feel like I should have a companion in life that extends the outreach of having pleasure in life; however, at the same time I feel like I don’t want to be a burden in someone else’s life by bringing them misery. I feel as if they can always find a better person then me. For this I accept the idea of staying alone and having the desire to devote my efforts in my goals, travels, and my career.
