Rewarding Those Who Do Good

I recently came up with an idea for an organization or program that actively looks for those who possess good, self-less, and humanitarian qualities. These individuals are those who prove to do good in the world, follow the law, and want to set a positive example for all. The only catch is that these individuals cannot have a large or maybe  any social status what-so-ever.  I call this effort Rewarding the Hidden Angels. This organization seeks out individuals that possess such qualities and rewards them with a grant (maybe a $1000 or more) or a gift that is unusually extraordinary (individuals can be rewarded more than once over a certain period of time). I believe such an organization will affect the population by giving them examples of positive life role models and move people to do good and help others.
