An Idea for Fun at the Workplace!

Some say certain jobs are not for everybody. It’s all too common that there are those who enjoy their job with a passion and those who despise their job working for pay that is peanuts on the hour. Although seemingly different than other periods in history, it’s common for people my age to job-hop. Job hopping is term made by young people bouncing from one job to the next looking for financial freedom and workplace stability. Often those in my generation despise working because of the lack of freedom at work, unnecessary stress, lousy employment conditions, and the low wages and benefits when working at the bottom. Today I came up with a very unique and original idea that I don’t think hasn’t been done or thought up before. Many people say work hard or work smart, but today I want to say, what if you could work and have fun. What if working was like working in a video game? What if companies hired game designers to make the work place fun or addicting? A great game designer knows how to design and develop an idea or concept that can make players continue to play games nonstop; why not at work?. I want to consider the idea that what if we could bring that industry into the workplace. It can take a repetitive and seemingly meaningless job and turn it into something interesting. For example, imagine pulling a level as an occupation. It’s boring, redundant and seemingly tedious; however, what if pulling the level was in competition with other people on a scoreboard where you could make a game in which used different degrees of a lever to hit blocks flying towards you as it played from a variety of different songs. You would be competing with others and having fun at work. Time would fly by and you would feel as if you were achieving something. If the position of pulling a lever were to get boring, one could do a rotation or swap for other occupations within the work environment that also has a game design feature incorporated in it. Perhaps this could also incorporate an artificial sense of heroism and meaning by introducing a narrative at a job by doing a job yet progressing in an adventure. The idea could also introduce ways to educate employees about one’s company, training them for higher positions, or even provide with credible education. Jobs could then become fun, addicting, and a great motivator for people to join the work force.

Lomri Mohabbat Sutra Spiritual Chakra Cycle

Although I respect the subject of spiritualism, I’m not at all a spiritualist. Anything chakra or spiritual doesn't capture my attention. Having a scientific mind, I am open to the possibility of spiritual existence. However, one of my friends, who is a spiritualist enthusiast, helped me come up with a spiritual chart for the culture. We collaborated on different ideas of things I believed in and wrote about and things they discovered on their spiritualist journey. Maybe the spiritual side of the culture can be interesting to those interested in furthering their spiritual development along side of understanding the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra culture.

Lomri Mohabbat Sutra Spiritual Chakra Cycle:

The Lomri Mohabbat Sutra Spiritual Chakra Cycle is for those interested in understanding the spiritual side of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra. They are good practices but are not a requirement for the culture. It is for those who are interested in using the culture to further their spiritual enlightenment.
The chart starts with the practices involving meditation and the body chakras. The understanding of these Chakras can unite the body, soul, and mind, along with the ability to heal, distress, and remove personal negativities. This belongs to what the Lomri Mohhabat Sutra defines as part of one’s personal chakra.

The Personal Chakra is your own presence, state of existence, and a reality centered around yourself. Ever since you were a child, you had to grow, learn, and doing things on your own. While being guided by parents, perhaps mentors and one’s environment, it’s up to one to further their own state of personal development. One can further oneself by learning; self-reflection; asking or uncovering both destructive and constructive truths about themselves through deep honesty; and use this to improve and grow by accepting who they are. It’s critical that a person becomes awoken to reality and to develop a sense of critical thinking and to become a self-made intellectual. We can do this by learning as a child by asking the question why and learning the world through our own vision. Life is a journey using questions to understand the world around us. It’s also important that one learns how to truly listen and not listen for the purpose to reply. If we understand all these ideal then we can further our own understanding which will further own personal philosophies which gives us true wisdom. It is this wisdom that will provide the basis of goodwill and love. If one understands the reason for good in a world which is irrational, they will understand the importance of love and goodwill to create a beautiful future. All of this can be reflected on the charter of ethics. The culture uses the charter of ethics to improve and become the best one can be. It’s the culture’s achievement to make people leaders in their own ways. The culture also believes one has their own divine chakra or a hidden power, force, or silent entity. It’s could be a state of consciousness or force that one might not have access to all the time. This silent divine entity or state can manifest one’s aura or energy or even psychic activity such as using mental imagination to collect abstract and non-abstract information from the universe. The personal aura or energy, although invisible can be felt. It can be felt in meditation and it can be felt when one feels the warmth of their hands when close together. It can also felt when one radiates it out from the center of their solar plexus chakra into their hands. The practice and improvement of oneself will improve their personal chakra. When one improves themselves and furthers their mental exploration, they can be awaken to abilities that although might not have explanation or can’t be controlled, will prove fascinating when it occurs. An example of this could be clearing the mind and walking around in the woods allowing one’s imagination to work on its own. As you walk around with a clear and silent mind perhaps things might start to happen which are not normal. The Lomri Mohabbat Sutra spiritual angle allows a person to be open to the universe and the divine or mysterious forces within it and within oneself.

This leads to the next Chakra in the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra Spiritual Chakra Cycle. This is the Divine Chakra. The Lomri Mohabbat Sutra respects all deities of good and peaceful religions and forces. It is open to all harmonious, respectful, and peaceful beliefs. In the Jewish-Christian religion it comprehends and believes in the existence of God or Yahwei. It invites religious individuals to learn about the cuneiform tablets and mythologies of ancient Sumeria with IA-Enki, Enlil, and Anu from which Yahwei served (the origins Genesis). Because of the Christian and Jewish dogma of sin in the church, it will accept it’s sexual culture as sinful and continuously ask for forgiveness; however, even though it is accepted to be sinful, members of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra also accept the culture for what it is and has a respectful tolerance against others who disagree with its culture. The Lomri Mohabbat Sutra also believes in the universe and the super natural forces that reside in it.  In the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra one can ask the divine, the universe, and any good, light, positive, and potentially helping forces, spirits, or entities to manifest their desires. One can ask for anything even if it’s irrational. The power of desire resides in one’s hands, therefore it’s important to have a sense of ethics and personal wisdom. The Lomri Mohabbat Sutra also recognizes that God forces (that may or may not be related to Yahwei or the spiritual realm) or energy is everywhere. It also respects nature and the life forces in which are in it.  It also respects nonbelievers in anything and those who believe there is nothing after death. Finally I want to add that the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra has its own prayer or divine petition in which to ask higher power, forces, spirits, and entities for a personal desire. It does this by kneeling in a Shinto style with a straight back and clapping once. The clap is to get the attention of the forces, entities, spirits, deities, or universe to listen to your request. After the clap you bow and state your question, inquiry, desire, or anything else you wish to address to the cosmos. If you state your desire, even if irrational or absurd, you are giving an idea to the universe which can manifest itself. When you are done, you clap three times, bow, and you are finished. The use of divine chakra is open to the possibilities of existence of higher being, forms of life, and entities and forces capable of changing one’s reality. In the case you are not heard or believe there is nothing at all, this is also accepted and to be respected. For God or God force can exist and not exist at the same time.

The next piece in the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra Chakra cycle is Goodwill/ Love/ and Ethics. This is one of the most important values. The Lomri Mohabbat Sutra follows the Charter of Ethics to improve oneself. By self-improvement and gaining of wisdoms, one can be an example and project their goodwill into the world which will reflect and project in society. To explain this easily, if one does their best to do good, they can make others to good which will reflect in a good and harmonious society. In the cycle for Goodwill/ Love/ and Ethics, the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra has a variety of values it strives to maintain. It desires for its members to be committed to goodwill and ethics. Being committed to these values shows love and contribution for the culture and its members. There is a balance. Much like the Yin and Yang, nobody is perfect and everyone should accept each other’s imperfections. In time the culture believes members will improve and grow furthering their own personal development and Personal Chakra. The next value is that the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra believes in a principle that anything that is good isn’t acquired by force. The next value is Unity and Bond. The goal of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra is to build a collective where people are always together. They share a bond where even though they are so close to the point where it feels like smothering, they are one. Everyone is a brother and sister, a family, and single organism. It also disregards gender by accepting each other’s differences and engaging in a behavior compatible for both to coexist harmoniously and interpersonally. It also takes on the idea that if there was a battle, both are in the trenches, everyone is on the same sports team, and when it comes to competition, they all want to be the best, help each other improve, and support each other when times get tough. This leads to the next value where one of the major goals for the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra is to create harmony among its members. There are a lot of shared values between Asian cultures which can be used to maintain a state of harmony of which we use in this culture. This culture also understands that anger and aggression is not a normal human behavior while annoyance is. It learns that one can live life without anger and can learn to tolerate annoyances with the use of personal mastery and emotional tolerance and discipline. Personal discipline is important in the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra. With the use of personal discipline, one can keep motivated to achieve their goals, and maintain a state progression which results in progress and productivity. Unique to this culture is its practice and behavior in sexuality. Through the use of Goodwill/ Love/ and Ethics sexual harmony can be achieved which can then bring members together to create an interpersonal society. Lastly there is a love for the group where through the culture’s values, people can grow together and stay united, and happy together.

Next is the most controversial and most culturally defining value of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra culture; it is the Sexual Chakra. All members have sexual chakra or sexual energy. We feel it when we get aroused. Through the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra we can learn to control and define a set of instruction in which we can create sexual harmony and ethical behaviors for ourselves and the culture’s members to create a delightful and rewarding sexual experience. To understand this further, one should look into the instruction of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra. One can read them here. The Sexual Chakra used in the cycle is a uniting value for both males and females in the group. It does this by creating strong sensual stimulation. The use of sensual stimulation can be a force in which bonds members and creates unique and highly sexual experiences to create a culture of pleasure. The Sexual Chakra can also be used to create creative energy. Creative energy can be used not only in sexual experiences but it can also be used in many other ways such as creating productivity and motivation. Overall, the use of Sexual Chakra, create a society which bond is unlike any other seen in the world. A bond so powerful that all has a desire to learn every aspect of another’s being and wishes to share with each other in their journey of life. Much like the balance of yin and yang, sexuality also needs a balance. There are times to be sexual and times not to be sexual. Sometimes after intense sexual experiences, one should also let them self-recover. After a lot of sexual experiences, one’s mind might go through mental haze. This means there is a disbalance of the crown chakra to which one should take some time off and to regain balance and mental clarity. The use of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra sexual culture is to maintain purity and innocence. It’s the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra’s belief that purity and innocence creates the best intimate society, members with the most enjoyable sexual experiences, and bountiful future for marriages. It is also a sexual culture of honesty in which members need to state what they consent and what they are comfortable with. Being honest and respecting others will allow for the comfortable and safe sexual culture the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra desires.

The final value in the cycle of the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra Spiritual Chakra Cycle is Social Unity/ Collectivism with Members. As stated previously, it’s desire the value of gender cohesion where males and females members interact as one. To help create social harmony the culture wants members to serve others. It believes by serving and doing things together, it can strengthen trust and unity. The culture also encourages for members to be around other members, even if there is no reason to build a sense of being a family. The use of ethics are critically important as members should know how to behave around other members in regards to ethics and behaviors. Understanding of ethics is important to make sure every member can accept, trust, hang around, or tolerate each other. By having this unity and bond with members, the culture can grow, teach, learn, and improve to become the greatest culture and collective which can change the world and the future of humanity for a world in which peace, prosperity, intimacy, and virtues are shared.

In conclusion, these are the pieces that make up the Lomri Mohabbat Sutra’s spiritual cycle. Those who are interested in furthering their spiritual enlightenment can consider this chart.
